Ballage has no elusiveness or vision, He breaks no tackles and makes no one miss. At best, he's a short yardage back. I'd rather see what we have in Gaskin or Laird.

That's more than a bad oline. Walton wasn't breaking any records behind the same line, but he was averaging more than one yard a carry

I don't care what anyone says. Yes the offensive line stinks, but Ballage absolutely and positively sucks. Fitzpatrick ought to take a knee instead of giving it to Ballage. We'd lose less yards that way.

That's how I feel about where the team is right now. I honestly thought we'd go 0-16 (1-15 at best). I did not want the team to go without a win. I know two teams have been 0-16 before but it just would've been bad to pair being the only perfect team with a winless season. Two wins is overachieving in my eyes. Flores was dealt a horrible hand. On a roster with a dearth of talent, they took away h

68. Ballage
Is it just me or does anyone else cringe every time Ballage gets the ball? I know the run blocking stinks, but Ballage has absolutely no elusiveness and no vision. He seems to look for the biggest group of defenders and runs into them. Hard to imagine Laird or Gaskin could be any worse. Hopefully he's benched next week.

Yes, Gesicki had a great game. The kid has all the physical talent in the world. Hopefully the light is coming on for him. We need him and Parker even more. Just saw it reported that Preston Williams is out for the year with a knee injury. Such a shame for a kid that's been playing his heart out. Hopefully, he can get completely healthy and come back even stronger next year.

NE losing might've been even sweeter than the Miami win. If the undefeated season is ever repeated, I don't want it to be NE doing it. Plus, I really doubt SF will go undefeated so the champagne for the 72 Fins players should be chilling because I think they'll be popping the cork soon.

Preston Williams looks very good and might be Miami's best rookie this year and he was undrafted. Nice find by Grier. I hope his knee is okay. Devante Parker is making me eat my words. I've been brutally critical of him and if he keeps playing like he has, I'm going to have to admit I was completely wrong which I will gladly do.

I'm thrilled that we won't go 0-16. I know Detroit and Cleveland did it before but it's still a very ignominious "achievement" and I wanted no part of it. Secondly, obviously the jury is still out on whether Flores is the coach to take Miami forward to success and championships but, it's very encouraging to see a team that is severely over-matched talent-wise, playing their asses off to

Well, Drake played pretty well last night. Over a hundred yards rushing and about 60 yards receiving. Good news is that if he keeps it up, we might get a 5th rounder out of it. It's one game, though and Drake has always shown flashes but consistency and a tendency to fumble has always been his Achilles heel. We shall see.

77. Re: Tua
I look at it this way. Grier and Ross obviously set up the team to lose and acquire the #1 overall pick. I say it that way because I think the coaches and players are trying to win but you can only do so much when your roster is severely over-matched. I don't believe that Ross and Grier basically threw away the season to draft an edge rusher no matter how good he is. Grier sold this "tank&qu

This is a bit of a head scratcher. He's 33 and currently on IR and wouldn't be eligible to play until week 15. Also, he'll be a free agent next year. As I understand it, Miami acquires Talib and a 2020 5th round pick for a future draft pick. No mention of what that future pick is. If it's a 7th rounder, okay.. maybe I get it. They're buying a 5th round pick and are paying the last year of Talib's

Young might be the right pick at #1 but is very unlikely to happen. You have Cincinnati, Miami, and Tampa Bay who will likely be picking in the top 5. All three need a Quarterback. If Miami doesn't pick their quarterback of choice, at least 2 of the top choices will be gone by their second pick. I don't think Ross is going through an 0-16 season to get an edge rusher. Just my opinion, but I think

Another loss but at least there were some positive things that came out of Sunday. 1. I like Walton at running back. Quick and decisive. He made some nice runs. 2. Preston Williams had a nice outing (with the exception of the fumble). He made a couple of nice grabs and if he can work on his ball security, might have a future. 3. I've been the biggest Devante Parker critic there is, bu

86. 0-16?
First off, I think every fan knows that this year has never been about this year. Tanking? I think the players are trying to win. I think the coaches want to win. The organization? Uh... no, I think as a organization, Grier and Ross are looking to secure that #1 overall pick. So, if that is tanking, then yes... Grier and Ross are tanking. In looking at the future schedule, I don't see one game th

This already terrible offensive line keeps having to be reshuffled over and over again. I'm guessing Evan Boehm takes over at center which may have at least one positive aspect to it. Kilgore has been underwhelming at center. Boehm actually wasn't all that bad when he played center for the Colts. He's only 26 and cheap. Since this year is basically about next year and so on... might be good to se
