Of course a Dolphin player had to step in the middle of this. There is an aura of dysfunction and incompetence that has hung over this franchise ever since Wannestedt was HC.

The weapons he will have to work with this season are far better than last year.

I thought the Dolphins did a fine job with the Draft. But the Left Tackle situation is starting to scare me a bit. I dont trust putting a rookie there. Martin might be able to do it, but I wouldnt bet the franchise QB on that either. How does PFF rate the free agents we are looking at now?

Philbin is just Kam Kameron 2.0

Thomas is terrible. This team has so few tools.

10. Re: WR
I dont know about "worst", but it is looking like a rather unremarkable group. I think we will end up with a bunch of sure handed recievers who aren't very flashy. It could be worse. It would be nice if there was a "burner" either on the roster or available in FA.

I dont consider QB to be a hole. Moore is capable and will be much improved with a full offseason under his belt. I would like to see a veteran OG, LB and WR. Nothing spectacular, just solid.

Moore is a very capable QB. They must not rush RT.

I think overall the dolphins got excellent value for their picks. I *love* what Ireland did in the 6th and 7th round. Those players were slated by most experts to go much higher. The running back from Miami sounds like a real steal in the fourth

The rest is Icing on the cake. Agreed. I think Cunningham will be in the regular WR rotation as well.

<<<Overview Cunningham has been a highly regarded prospect. He has size for the position and is a very polished, well-rounded receiver. He was a durable starter, making him a solid third-round value.>>>> Sounds like someone who can contribute immediately. Nice job by Ireland here.

Based on his scouting report, its not a bad pick. Decent value.

McNutt's profile suggests he would be a terrific pick here. A solid possesion reciever type. He is listed as #12th best reciever in the draft.

Ireland is not going pick a WR. He would have done it already. I anticipate some special teamers and training camp fodder from here on out.

I *knew* he was going to go for defense there. Seriously, what WRs will be available in free agency? Because the bunch on the roster now are not going to hack it.

Our pick is coming up five slots from now. Should be a good WR available. I doubt Ireland takes one though. I forsee a defensive position.

Rokevious Watkins - great name. The best name in the draft however is "Vontaze". It is the burfect name for a linebacker.

There are quite a few good WRs still remaining. What is Ireland thinking here? Who is available in FA?
