If halftime scores hold today in MIA and NWE games, then MIA has a chance at the AFC East crown. Would need to win out and have NWE lose on the road to Baltimore... not out of realm of possibility. Go Fins!

The more mock drafts I see, the more I think the right thing to do with this year's 1st round pick is to trade it for a 1st rounder (and change) next year. Perhaps, with 2 first rounders next year, we'll have the ammo to trade up and grab Andrew Luck. FinFan_83

As close as the playoff race is this year, the AFC East could come down to the Strength of Victory tiebreaker. If Miami ran the table and NE lost one game down the stretch (they still have 2 road games remaining), then NE and Miami would have identical records. If NE's loss was to either Buffalo, J'ville or Houston, Miami would win the AFC East on Div or Conf record (straightforward tiebreaker)

While still tied with NE for second place in the AFC East (and a game behind the Jets), the Fins actually control their own destiny for claiming the AFC East Crown.
