Wow...nevermind then. I won't post again if it bothers everybody so much.

I don't think they are confident enough that it would work. And for 2 years we've had the same bunch of receivers....Camarillo, Bess, Ronnie and Cobbs and Fasano catching short passes, - I really think that they believe they have a good crew of receivers and that nobody is going to replace them unless they are head and shoulders above them in practice. Turner, for example, is never going to get

I agree that Sparano insisting that "the play was there" with Ricky throwing the ball in the EZ means that the coach has no f@cking clue. Honestly. And that kind of decision-making does not make me confident for next year. You put your players in a position to win, not make them nervous and hope they can complete a pass they've never completed before. That, and a lack of game-pl

We can't defend against big plays and we can't MAKE big plays. We're still dink and dunk, and there's very little YAC.

I agree with everything you said, realist. And I believe winning games takes 4 quarters, it's not just what you do in the last 5 minutes of the game. What you do early in the game sets the tone. When we drove down the field and had the air taken out of our sails that was a sign of things to come. Then we scored, 7-0, when it should have been 14-0. As far as sacking their QB, that's fin

He's good, he would find a job. Ginn just drives me insane though. Every game we say he sucks and how much he's a bust, but I'm always resigned to the fact that we have to play him because we have no one else and at least he draws some defensive attention on the field. Take him away and I feared that it would bring defenses in even closer. But at this point I don't care. He is crap, and he n

We had 10 days and the coaching staff did not get the team prepared. And I don't like some of those decisions, to run trick plays and cost us points, and why they didn't play Hilliard, or stay balanced with an emphasis on the run since Buffalo sucks against the run. On the defensive side of the ball, one of the sportswriters said that the rookie corners were not given any support out there agai

I think Chyren's assessment is the truest. He did get rattled, and threw the ball low enough to get tipped a few times. Other times it sailed past the receiver. I like Henne, but the jury's still out, imo. Sun Sentinel had a comparison of QB ratings, TD's, INT, yards, etc for several QB's in their first start. Other than the slow-starting Mannings, all the other QB's had better ratings. But

You're out of your mind. Bess is our best receiver. He would find a job on another team in a freaking heartbeat. This guy is gold. Everyone else, forget it. The new guy Hartline I agree looks good and we'll move forward with him for now. Camarillo is done, Turner can't get on the field, Ginn is a bust. For 2 years we've suffered through a patchwork offense. Who caught the most passes

We're not going to finish at 500, no way we can pull that off. Forget about it. But it's good news in the long run because we'll have a better draft.

Yeah, he was called off the field right after that false start. I'm sure he got an earful from the coach. But what burns me is that drop he had over the middle, with no pressure around him. When he dropped it, he came away smiling. And his return game is going back to it's usual stink mode. But since this is a Pat White thread let me say again how much it sucks to put this guy on the fie

dolfanmark, he was asking about incompleted passes, not INT's. And while I do think Chad will be ok, he didn't have a good game. The pressure is not going to go away no matter who we have on the O line. We harass other QB's all the time and they still burn us. There were some throws Chad made that could have been INT's and weren't. I'd like him to move around a little better and get away f

I absolutely agree that this is an NFL that loves high powered offenses and Brady and Manning rule. But even the young guys are lighting it up, like Flacco and Ryan. We reaaallly got caught flat-footed. We don't have what we need offensively. What was the point in taking Henne on the road and working out all these top shelf wide receivers if we weren't going to draft any? It take TIME AND WO

fiedlerhater, the team is improving but we've taken a step back offensively. We made a mistake in drafting Pat White. We made a mistake in not trading Ted Ginn. We made a mistake in thinking we can use tricks and wildcat and average talent for yet another year and fail to build up a basic balanced offense which includes a solid running game, deep threat down the field, and reliable short passi

I don't know why they didn't play Lex. Just another brilliant coaching decision.

In answer to someone's post, I have no idea why they are always reluctant to put Henne in the shotgun. Even with all that freaking pressure coach doesn't do it. We couldn't even beat the Bills, pathetic. I'm glad we lost, because going to the playoffs would have been a joke. We need to look to the draft and I'd rather lose now and be in a better draft position. Next year hopefully our

I know the game clock is not zero, but I'm over this. I'm over all the stupid game decisions. And I'm definitely over Pat White. The first drive, you're shoving the ball down the Bills throat, and you ask Ricky to throw the ball in the EZ? We don't have Ronnie, we don't have our usual setup, and you ask Ricky to do that? The last crucial drive in the 4th, you take out Chad Henne, the QB

ridiculous series...taking Henne in and out, we have to score on a crucial drive and you put in Pat White??? WTF? Then Henne has to go in as usual and get settled, as well as the O Line, and he's rushed and throws and INT. We deserve to lose this game.

It looked like Roth and his agent were playing games with the Dolphins, and Parcells just does not play. Sparano would have been fine with him on the team but you can't jerk Parcells around. And it looks like he was seeking a big payday and thought (still thinks) he's better than he is. In reality, he's good against the run but so are lots of other linebackers in this league, and more waiting

It was smoke and mirrors last year. This is year two. Year three are you still gonna expect smoke and mirrors? This is not 100 percent rebuilding, this is a combo of rebuilding and a win-now disease that is hampering the development of our team. We had a three year plan, take your lumps and losses and draft/sign the right personel for the future. Have a strong, young QB develop right alo

Pat White is a wasted pick, period. If he was a 5th rounder, I wouldn't care, but he's not. I don't see him fitting in as a quarterback.

I do like his mental toughness. But I think that throw was unnecessary and put the team in a bad position. I think with a good compliment of receivers and TE's around him, and a decent scheme, he can be very good out there. Personally, I give him credit for putting up with all that running off and on the field to be replaced by Ronnie Brown and Pat Whie. That's got to throw off your concentra

Ronnie HAS to play, because he's our QB and RB. Oh and he catches passes, too. So he'll play with a sore ankle. This is one of the problems with making your running back work so hard and being 1/2 of the offense. With Ronnie playing so much, there's more chance he can get hurt. And if he's out, then you throw out the whole wildcat. Live by the sword, die by the sword. Next year we need

Well, we stopped them. Wowza, we stopped "josh freeman!" lol. The sad part is, that if the dolphins can't get a couple first downs, we turn the ball over. Ok, they're moving the chains. We really need to pull this team apart next year. This won't be a normal 3rd year rebuilding, we have too many holes. We need to bring in some personel on the offensive side. Holy crap,

5 minutes left, a TD and they win. They'll score, we'll try one last drive with 2 minutes left, and then Henne will get sacked and the receivers won't catch the ball. I feel like I'm watching groundhog day. Next year we need to make some major adjustments.
