I think I hope we have to play him at some point.

I am not impressed with the players they have drafted.

Solder is athletic, but not real strong.

As a UVA fan I will tell you that Dowling is talented, but he rarely gets on the field. The guy has had so many nagging injuries. He is bandaged in red flags.

I like our running back better than both of theirs and I don't think theirs have improved, at least, not significantly.

Mallet is a crapshoot that may not play for 5 years and, if he does, then that means Brady is hurt. I hope to see Mallet play soon and then be the next Ryan Leaf.

I think I saw NE taking a grooming QB like I said, sure they could have traded up and got Gabbert, but who knew Mallett would have lasted as long.

Hmmm Great pick up by them, they win again this years draft, while we tool around with 6 picks two being in 7th yeah!!!!

Too bad they have no use for him for the next 5 or 6 years since he is going to be on the bench while our two draft picks so far are going to be on the field.

if anyone else made the picks NE has, they'd be trashing the team. they picked RBs who were supposed to go rounds lower than they did, they took an injury prone DB at the top of the 2d, they pass on good players b/c they are in love with how smart they are trading down. Ryan Mallet, fine, he won't see the field for years, who cares.

They got two first, and two second rounds next year.

They drafted a solid backup QB, who will eventually take over.

They got a starting Tackle who will help out, and they shored up there defensive backfield some.

They still have more picks to nab.

Yeah there talent might not be all pro, however they got 4 picks in the first two rounds again next year.

they have a small window to win and it's shrinking. they should be packing these picks to move up and get a game changes. instead they add a bunch of no names to their no name backfield, and will do the same next year. not impressed. everyone needs to get off bellicheats D*ck

Mallett was supposed to be the most NFL-ready QB in the draft. He has to be ticked NE took him...which means he'll suck for them. Maybe they'll cut him and we'll pick him up as a FA? Of course, he'll be ruined by the time that happens.

They don't want him too. The control freak wants it on the ground. RUN RUN RUN. When the ball goes more then 10 yds Saprano loses control and he can't have that.

I've been busy all day. Did we pass on Mallet, AGAIN?

No. DO you realize nobody wanted Mallett. This guy is Ryan Leaf.

... which of course guarantees that the Dolphins will pick him up at some point -- probably trading a second-round pick for him. eye rolling smiley

Either that or we'll have a chance to sign him, pass on him instead and pick up an injured QB, then watch as Mallett takes whatever team took him to a Superbowl.

Gee...am I still ticked about Brees?? YES I AM!
