In this todays world or crap job openings, I am proud to announce that I just got a job working for Lowes AS A delivery driver, driving the 48 foot flat beds, carring lawn, and deck supplies, and anyting else to people's house making starting out 16 an hour!!!

WHOHOOO no long haul this is awsome, I needed a job, have a class A CDL, never drivin anything for a company, but got this job,

I don't know I live in Martinsburg WV, and I NEVER see a Lowes truck around town, but out in the boon docks prob, so I don't know.

Its a job, and pay's decent, hours could be long, but I don't care I need to money now, and also help me lose my final 12 pounds so I can enter the Air Guard!!

I hope it works out man I need the job. Benefits are pretty decent, but I am going in the air guard.

I just need somthing to tie me over untill Im ready.

When I go in air guard, it will take 6 months to a year for a full time position there to open up.

When they happens hopefully I will still be working at lowes, now the beautiful thing about that is, after I finish my 16 years left of Military service, already did 4 in Navy, then by law Lowes is required to give me my job back, plus all benefits, and raises I would be entitled to like I never left.

I know its freaken awsome.

I only think that applies if you were drafted and it's not for 20 years.
I don't believe the law can force a company to re-hire someone that quit to join the military.

no mia1 is actually right, the law is ussera, if you are employed and you leave for military service you get your job back in the same position as though you never left. doesn't work if you quit the job and then want to come back. damn the feds telling employers how to run their business, right crowder??
