So this post it to let everyone know that he regardless of him being a closet Jets fan lol.... he is a man of his word, and kept his promise, in his act of shivelry, and I respect that, so this bud's for you.smileys with beer

The fact that Scungilli didn't welch on the bet proves that he isn't a Jets fan right there.

A Jets fan would have run away from paying the bet and changed into a Giants jersey.

Instead of $40 it should have been a pack of Buffalo Steaks.

Hey I agree JC. He's sure as sh$t not a Jests fan if he paid up on a bet. I never really thought he was, just thought he was a very frustrated gambler that lost on the Pats.

You know me Sam, I'm always the skeptic when it comes to people on this board. After Dolfan1, I've pretty much made it a mission to seek and destroy all posers and lamers that infest this place. Death to all but true believers! *zealot pose*

No love fest at all. we just love the phins and see eye to eye with everything related to the phins. Meaning we want the best for this team. Just like many other posters on this board.

I have one handle. Samsam3738

you on the other hand.. had more than 2 handles and they have booted your face out of here more than once because of your immature behaviour.

It just rubs me the wrong way the way you used to come here with all the childish crap you used to post..

Now you have straighened out your act some.

But still with post such as QUOTE marinos son is a girl

Or something like that.

And now thread such as

TRADE BESS.....

What real dolphin fan wants to trade the best receiver we have. for a 4th rounder?

But in the end i know you keep trying to be annoying like you were at the beginning.

Now in a more politically correct way.

CAPISH?

Lol you serious? Annoy really? Out of everyone on this board you have ZERO room to talk about annoy. Should I go pull out about 100 stupid remarks to everything that I type, and other's about annoy?

As for trading Bess, you talk about whats best for our team, and you think that with havin Bess we are SB bound?

So you would rather just get crap for Hartline, or trade our best wr Marshall, and keep Bess, who is only good for catching the ball, nothing much more, just catching and thats about it.

You would rather skimp out on a Desean Jackson over Bess? Yet you continue to bitch, like everyone else about how slow our offense is.

My view on our teams situation is simple, we got three solid possesion wr's, and Bess has the most trade appeal.

So since we know we need speed, and there is options out there, yeah Bess youve been great, but its time to go.

Yet you sit there and all laugh at the obvious, and call it stupid, and geesh, yet you do not come up with any answer's to problems except trade up and get Mallett. We also need a TE, AND SPEED WR, AND RB'S, AND CENTER, AND everything else, and last time I checked players don't fall out of the sky.

So how the f.ck with no second round pick, and such glarring needs are we going to achieve this feat?

Do you believe in magic? I don't, so with that said looking at our trade options, Bess too me is our best bet to take care of one of our glarring needs. Speed dynamic WR.

Maybe if we didnt trade Ginn, we wouldnt be having this conversation at all.

Problem with your scenario Mia1 is you're trying to fix multiple problems in one year. That will not happen. Miami needs more than just one off season to fix our problems. So therefore, trading our best possession receiver since Welker is a solution of the very short term. We need to think long term and therefore keep Bess. Just sayin.

Fine Santana Moss is a FA this year, bring him in even at 31 for a 3 or 4 year deal, and let him retire a Phin.

Answer....And i can go pull out 100 of you post who make no sense like the trade bess thread makes no sense. You have the title of the most annoying person on this board. Thats why everybody gets on your case and you always end up looking like a fool.

> As for trading Bess, you talk about whats best for

Answer.....New england won a championship with welker. Bess is IMO better than welker.

and keep Bess, who is
> only good for catching the ball, nothing much
> more, just catching and thats about it.

thats a dumb statement. I thought catching the ball is the receiver number one priority?

> You would rather skimp out on a Desean Jackson

Why would the eagles trade desean jackson for bess???? There you go with the stupidity again. Teams do not trade their best players dude. Get a clue. Bess is a great slot receiver. And desean jackson is one of the best receivers in the NFL. Will never happen.

Answer....It quite simple.....This is not going to get done in one year.....You think we are EDIT Superbowl bowl bound...Just by making one move and trading bess.......we need to keep our best players and keep adding great players. Thats how you build a team.......You seem to have forgotten the welker trade.

> So how the f.ck with no second round pick, and

Answer...>Exactly.....Again this is not to get done in a year. Its going to take a while since we have so many holes.

> Do you believe in magic?

Answer......I dont believe in magic but is seems you do......If you think we are going to trade for desean jackson....Or if in other words the eagles will be even willing for a second to entertain any offers.

> Maybe if we didnt trade Ginn, we wouldnt be having
> this conversation at all.

answer.....Ginn? Maybe you are right about this.....How many passes did he caught with the 49ers????? 1 ? 2 ?

I think Mia1 is recognizing that Bess is good and that's why he thinks Bess would be a valuable commodity for which another team would be willing to trade.

The real question is when you have a D grade team do you trade away any valuable asset, particularly for draft choices the best of which, like Ryan Leaf, can go south on you.

Bingo ChyrenB..........I posted in another thread why trade our best players for draft picks which we know nothing about and dont know how they going to develop.

Why not keep the best we have and add more talent.

We traded welker for a draft pick got satele. Now satele is no longer with the dolphins...and welker has played in the pro bowl numerous times.

Why do i get the feeling if for some crazy reason we trade bess to a team with a good QB....bess becomes a pro bowler as well.

Just a hunch. And i probably have nothing to worry about.
