And yet, you're unaware that in a civil proceeding, the defendant’s liability is usually decided based on a preponderance of the evidence?

A preponderance of the evidence means that the evidence offered in support of a certain claim outweighs the evidence offered to negate the claim.

Right… I see, you believe that the USA should be relieved of the press. There’s your dictator fantasy again, where you, in your supreme resonance, decide on who receives press credentials and who does not.

As proved by the thread regarding Trading Bess, only you can garner sympathy for Mia1. Right after a peace truce was made, out came you throwing blows at him.
