This isn't fantasy football, though. I bet Matt Cassell did GREAT in fantasy football the year he started for NE. How about Carson Palmer a few years ago? Tommy Maddox that one great year in Pitt?

Career yards per attempt
Henne 6.6
Orton 6.5
Henne has played in 32 games in 3 years. Orton played in 33 games in his first 4 years. Comparing them at the same point in their careers:
Completion %- Henne 61.1, Orton 55.5
TD/INT- Henne 27/33, Orton 30/27
Yds/Att- Henne 6.6, Orton 5.8
How sure is everyone that Denver will even be willing to trade Orton? Are they really ready to put the fate of their team in the hands of a guy that only started 3 games last year? I could see them starting Tebow, but wouldn't they want Orton as insurance just in case? Unless Denver admits they're in full rebuilding mode, which I'm not sure they have, there's a decent chance they keep Orton around one more year.

Orton will be in Denver at least through most of the preseason. The only way he leaves is if Tebow beats him out and at this stage I don't see that happening.
This from both Fox and Elway, todays Denver Post.
