Lets day That we get some new coaches next year, who do you think would be the best option take the reins and make us good?

For offensive coordinator, i would like to have something like a Marty Schottenheimer calling the shots, he's done good in that postition before and think he would be very beneficial.

As for the Head Coach, i think if we had Tony Dungy, and and Stephen Ross had a feather in his ass we'd both be tickled.
He preaches work ethic responsibility and will to succeed, he is like the Kirk Ferentz of the NFL.

"It's been fun to get the reaction of visiting coaches to the color of their locker room. Most don't notice it, but those that do are in trouble. . . . When I talk to an opposing coach before a game and he mentions the pink walls, I know I've got him. I can't recall a coach who has stirred up a fuss about the color and then beat us.” Hayden Fry

marty s will never come back as an offensive coordinator, head coach or nothing. plus, he's never been known as an offensive genius or anything, the phrase "marty ball" was coined b/c of his scared, try-not-to-lose offensive schemes.

Schottenheimer would be a good fit but at this point I'll be happy with anyone as long as the change happens ASAP!!!!

I'm happy with Sparano as coach but if a change was needed how about Jon Gruden? I think he wants to get back into coaching.

I would like to see Cowher, Gruden or Mariuchi. Schottenheimer might not be bad

I'd be willing to bet if the tri (-1) follows Parcells out the door, Peterson takes over big Bills golf cart, hires "his own GM", and then calls up his old pal Marty Shottenhiemer......not for him though, to get his son Brians cell phone number......and there you have it Dolphin-nation, meet your new head coach....Brian Schottenhiemer

I didn't. I knew it was a joke. I'm just wondering why Turner's name hadn't come up, that's all.

I would take those guys as coordinators, but never as head coaches.

I still feel Sparano is a Head Coach.

We need to throw A TON of money at Scott Linehan and offer him the Asst. HC job as well to lure him back to Miami as our OC.
