Since Oakland made the biggest reach in the draft for an OT, they make up for it by selecting...another workout warrior.

Oakland: Everson Griffen

San Diego: Jared Odrick (BPA and fills a need)

With the 41st pick the Buffalo Bills select....

Cam Thomas NT/North Carolina

The Bills are switching to a 3-4 defense and need that NT to anchor their d-line. Cam Thomas blew people away with his play at the Senior Bowl. He is a perfect fit for the Bills new defense

With the 44th pick the New England Patriots select.....

Rob Gronkowski TE/Arizona

With 3 picks in the second round the Pats can fill a bunch of needs on both sides of the ball. Wes Welker won't be 100% next year and will miss time. They need to give Brady another weapon and a big-time tight end like Gronkowski helps their offense ASAP.

With the 47th selection the Kansas City Chiefs select......

Mardy Gilyard WR/Cincinnati

The Chiefs need some playmakers on offense. Bowe is a stud and they did re-sign Chris Chambers. But Chambers is old and really isn't any good anymore. When he was on the open market nobody even made a play for him. And Bowe is also one failed test away from a year suspension. So KC needs to soldify the WR position. Gilyard makes plays not to mention he helps KC in their kick return game.

GREAT pick!

Except for the fact that New England has the 47th pick....try again...smileys with beer

my bad got my next 2 picks confused.... its tough drafting for multiple teams!! lol lol

At 47 the New England Patriots select....

Koa Misi OLB/Utah

Pats took Sergio in the first round of our little draft but they need help with the pass rush. One guy won't fix that problem, so here with the Pats 2nd pick in Rd 2 they go with another pass rusher

You had to take Mardy so I gotta do another write up, you little..winking smiley

With the 50th pick the Kansas City Chiefs select..........

Torell Troupe NT/Cen Florida

Last year Pioli took Tyson Jackson (his Richardy Seymore) this year he gets his Vince Wilfork right here at NT. Troupe can bring it and would be a major addition to the KC d-line and Romeo Crenell.

Houston: Patrick Robinson, CB Florida St.

Pit: Jahvid Best, RB Cal (great situation for a 3rd down back)

With the 53rd pick of the NFL Draft, New England selects...

Kareem Jackson CB/Alabama

The Pats are almost forced here to take a DB with their third and final pick in Rd 2. You now have Brandon Marshall and Santonio Holmes coming into the AFC East. You better have the man-power to be able to stop that. So adding a corner here makes all the sense in the world.

With the 56th pick the Green Bay Packers select..............

JD Walton C/Baylor

It's all about keeping Aaron Rodgers standing upright. GB needs to ravamp the o-line. Walton can help at center or guard.

With the 59th pick the Dallas Cowboys select.....

Patrick Robinson CB/Florida St

Terrance Newman isn't getting any younger and they will need to replace him in the near future. Plus playing in the NFL with Minny, N.O, and Philly you need 3 legit CB's to compete

didn't know I was on the clock, lucky I checked

With the 62nd pick, the Minnesota Vikings select....

John Jerry G/Ole Miss

The Vikigns need to keep Farve standing upright and go for o-line help. And if its not Farve then keeping whoever standing up is an issue as well. Plus when you have AP running the ball you can never have enough blocking up front.

Gentlemen, its been an honor drafting with you!
