Guy's, first and foremost:

Teams that change their front office/coaching staffs every three years or so are ALWAYS bad teams.

That said, after today someone needs to be fired if only just to set an example. the issue is who? I can make a case for a few people.

Defensive Coordinator: Josh Boyer- His unit has been a liability all season.
Offensive Coordinator: Eric Studesville - does he even do anything?
Offensive Coordinator: George Godsey - Play calling has been conservative and questionable all season.
LB's Coach: Anthony Campanile - The unit has been nothing but a liability all year, in all areas.
D-Line Coach: Austin Clark - this unit does not get QB pressure often enough, does not collapse the pocket enough, and is always a step slow in getting the the QB and cant shed blocks so the run defense stinks.
Defensive Backs Coach: Gerald Alexander - His unit is supposedly the strength of the team and has well seasoned quality players...and for some reason the all underachieve.
Corner Backs Coach: Charles Burks - See Gerald Alexander
Offensive Line Coach: Lemuel Jeanpierre - at least this unit has the last two games shown a glimmer of improvement...not enough, but some. He gets some kudos for an improving unit.

My vote right now would be Anthony Campanile. I mean our LB's are mostly MIA every week. Baker is continually asked to drop into coverage where he gets beaten. He needs to be rushing a lot more often because he makes an impact in the game on the rare times when he does.

Overall someone needs to lose their job today...I'm not going to elaborate further today because I'm sitting at home with Covid and this team makes my head hurt, a lot.

Release the coaching staff.

Sam Howell is a possibility in next years draft. We have two draft picks in 23'. Give the high one and next years from the 49ers to move up if we need to. 2 first rounders for a legit Rookie.

Sign Geisicki.

Release the Oline. Frankly I dont see anyone worth keeping . Hit the Oline hard in free agency and the draft.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Studsville is probably the only guy on this staff that could handle this team on an interim basis. Studs and Godsey are probably the most qualified coaches on this staff. Jeanpierre's screwing up the oline is a the major issue on the O. The entire defensive staff stinks.

Josh Grizzard WR (np nfl coaching experince prior to Phins) Charlie Fry QB (1st year nfl coach, he is supposed to develop Tua?) we already know Jeanpierre is incompetent. These guys do not have any business coaching nfl veterans.

This staff has to go. Keep the players. I will continue to say these players can win if coached properly.

I have to agree. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any evidence that Brian Flores can put together a competent staff.
