Colts v. Dolphins: Game Day Thread

1pm game tomorrow at the stadium. Colts (0-3) are not on top of their game by a long shot. The Dolphins o-line is still the weakest link in the offensive game. If they can muster blocking consistency Brissett may have enough time to throw to receivers. BTW, Brissett used to be a Colts QB and this could be an interesting game.

Go Dolphins!

We played better last week. That safety and the missed field goal haunted us. Too many Offensive penalties. We can beat the Colts if we make no mistakes.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Throwbacks are Soooooo much better.Even on thus team.

Our defense should keep us in the game against this horrible Indy team. No confidence in our kicker making a 55 yd? Tony Saprano would have went for it.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Our D is playing okay. Colts offense is really lacking. Our offense is really, really lacking. This could be a game with less than three scores total by both teams.

Why would Goodell be watching this particular game live with Ross? Maybe Ross is entertaining him and discussing Watson?
I hope..

I was in Publix earlier today buying groceries and was wearing Dolphins hat and T-shirt. The place was very busy and I was the ONLY person sporting Dolphins gear. Does that say something about the fans and this lackluster team. I think it does.

No doubt. He's fast , but too many screw ups. We lose this game its because of that fumble and whoever made that 4th down penalty that gave them a 1st down on that punt.

Horrible. We needed mistake free football and are getting anything but.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Are we all in Groundhog? Every season we seem to repeat the same thing. It's very hard to stay hopeful anymore.

We've opined that it's management. It's scouting. It's the inability to field the right player and cast a way other players who seemed really good. We've questioned the play calling, the coaching, the assistant coaching, the refs, just about everyone except the ground crew and beer hawkers. We've called the head coaches every name in the book and called the owner a complete boob among other things. Few things have gone right with this team.

Damn, I am one frustrated Dolphins fan and I hate having to revisit the glory days,'71-'75, to recall franchise/team satisfaction.

50 year + Phin fan tired of poor personnel decisions year after year

Grier must go , Flores Isn't the guy, don't think Tua is either

Grant, Preston , Wilson should have been released

Igbinoghene the biggest bust since Dion Jordan?

Tua? Jackson, Igbinoghebe? Phillips?

No RB

Any hits other than Parker Waddle and Holland and the latter 2 still TBD

Lets not get crazy. Jordon was suspended 3 times. Useless. Iggy can still pass Gatorade at practices and help pick up the jock straps for the laundry. eye rolling smiley

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I am not a shrink but have stayed numerous time at a Holiday Inn Express. spinning smiley sticking its tongue out With that out front--as I see it....

I believe that when the offense on any team is competent, it helps make the defensive players more stable and competent in what they need to do on every play. Conversely, when the offensive team is below the competent level, it adversely effects the defensive players mentally and physically. A competent defense can turn into a meek and weak unit when the offense is incompetent.

The Dolphins offensive is incompetent. The Defense is competent but loses mental awareness and toughness because they are on the field too long and have no confidence that what they do will make a difference in a game when the offense can't move the ball or score relevant points to win the game.

I agree with Colonel. When it's always up to one part of a team, in this case defense, to win the game they get too exhausted mentally & physically. They can't carry a team all season.

I didn't expect anything more than another sh!t show. I didn't even bother to check NFL scores until the end of the day. I'm glad that I didn't waste any of my time because that's what this team has become...A waste of time, year after year.
