Player Opt Outs

Saw that Hurns and Wilson have opted out for the season. I think Hurns is expecting a child soon. I understand the thought process 100%.

I think our wideouts will still be ok as a group. Thoughts?

Gives some opportunities to players that might not otherwise have gotten them. I'm interested in seeing Kirk Merritt. 4.33 speed and crazy athletic. It's a long shot, but you never know?

If both fits and tua play well the receivers will play great too..All these guys we have so much talent, they just need a QB to guide them.

Both fits and tua buy time in the pocket and give receivers time to get open...

As opposed to other qbs weve had who waited and waited in the pocket until they got sacked because they were afraid of their rating to go down if the threw a pick or int.

Tua and fitspatrick have, what these other qbs didnt have.....and that is COJONES.

Yes. Guys like him are hungry , they cant afford a year off . Hopefully his incident in College was just that and he just needed to grow up. This guy really has legit talents if he gets his mind right.
Wilson might be able to afford a year off but opting out lets others push him out .

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I think Wilson has played his last game with the Dolphins

No doubt. Wilson just gave a bunch of guys a golden opportunity to take his spot. He was talented but I really don't see him as a team player. Hes from my city here on the Treasure coast. He doesn't appreciate how lucky he is and how fast it can all disappear.

I REALLY like this quote from Chan Gaily on the receivers squad:

"I want guys to be able to go out and be creative. ... We give them the freedom to go get open and then we think we have talented enough quarterbacks that can see that and get them the football.”

GO DOLPHINS!!!!
