I was against drafting him as well.

BTW, I reposted Rick's first in the thread posting because something in his original post brought out the blank out function.

As far as Tua is concerned, as I have said many times in the past, what concerns me was that it was not just a hip injury but an injury to the whole hip socket. I dunnoooo.

But at least Tua is a pro set QB and not a "read option" QB as Tannehill was.

Thus, if Tua is healthy, at least he'll be playing in the right scheme or format.

Got to put the right "TEAM" behind him . If we get him some blocking , a running game and a defense to not let any scores go and give us the field advantage . ANY QB we currently have on the rooster will be successful. Maybe TUA more so I hope.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Well if you have a perfect team like the undefeated Dolphins.

A great QB. Great receivers. A great no name defense.

Great running backs like Larry Csonka and Jim Kiick and Mercury Morris.

In other words, if you have greatness at every position...duhhhh!

I've explained both Tanny's LACK of success here AND HIS GREAT SUCCESS when at 1) Big Springs High School in Lubbock Texas 2) at Texas A & M and 3) at the Tennessee Titans.

It's obvious you personally don't know anything about types of offensive schemes.

Maybe some other poster will pm you and hip you to them.

And all you've ever had is Tyree Jackson. You'd better HOPE he is not signed into the NFL and makes you eat your words.

But you'd just lie your way out of it.

Just curious though. (Thanks for deleting your insulting attacking posts BTW)

If the Scheme was all Tanny needed to succeed......Why did you constantly want a new QB every season with our first pick?eye rolling smiley Surely its got to be easier to change up an offense then draft a New QB? Tanny went through 4 Offensive coordinators while here. Not one of them saw what you claim to see after hes left and went on to greatness?

I knew he was great from the first time he was in practice. I didn't need to see any schemes. His speed and accuracy during rolling out were incredible. Hes gone now but its because this TEAM didn't give him an OLINE and a running game to shrink the field. Changed his receivers like underwear. This scheme talk is nonsense. Looks like after this draft they are trying hard to give TUA a different experience. BLOCKING and a running game.

Now thats my OPINION. Thats all. Don't get all butt hurt. Accept it. That's what makes a civil forum. Curt came down from the mountain and inscribed his 10 commandments on two plaques.

We have to get along brother or.........well......read the Plaques. We will be banished to the dessert to wander with Jet fans.

Do you remember "deer in the headlights"?

Let me break it down for you, elementary school kid.

Many people used to say it when Tannehill was on our team.

1) The Ball would be hiked
2) a pocket would form around Tannehill
3) all of the other receivers would run out on their routes
4) Tannehill would stand in the pocket
5) Tannehill would KEEP STANDING IN THE POCKET doing nothing
6) Tannehill would KEEP STANDING AND STANDING IN THE POCKET DOING NOTHING on his face there was the look of a deer in the headlights
7) The pocket would break down and Tannehill would get sacked

NOW LET'S EXAMINE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE TITANS CENTER SNAPS THE BALL TO THE SAME RYAN TANNEHILL

1) HE receives the ball while three or so yards behind the line of scrimmage and he
EITHER a) immediately tucks it into the stomach of a running back or
b) throws a pitchout or
c) chunk it downfield.

Like I said, I WENT THROUGH THAT EXPLANATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE OTHER READERS.

AT first I thought you were just defending Tannehill but after many conversations on many different subjects it is clear to me that you just lack the capacity to understand it.

Well its so simple. You got it all figured out. Why didnt NFL coaches figure it out including Flores? eye rolling smiley Why not just change it up instead of wasting a first round pick on a New QB? I mean just change the offense to suit his style and bam! Your in the AFC Championship , hes in the Probowl, and has the highest rating QB% in the NFL.

The other thing vastly wrong with your explanation:

2) a pocket would form around Tannehill

LOL. REALLY? Never saw that....He made have had a deer look because they couldn't block and were coming for him on every play.

Also ....You barely watched Miami Games. We are supposed to believe you watched Tannehill in Tennesse? LOL.

Maybe Tyree Jackson will believe all that. Hows he doing BTW? I heard hes doing Grub hub deliveries in a 85' Toyota corrolla .

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I didn't delete any of my posts. What are you talking about?

Are you talking about me saying that I do the scheme talk for others and not you?

a)Not posting a message and b) deleting it are TWO DIFFERENT things.

Or do you EVEN KNOW the difference?

RESPONSE: Why do people keep constantly trying to put square holds into round pegs?????????????

That's a question for the ages. And why should Flores be any different? Oh, I know why you say it but only by knowing you and how you think.

RESPONSE: If you never saw that then you weren't looking.

People don't say "deer in the headlights" unless a guy is just standing there for seconds after seconds.

If Tannehill's Dolphin offensive line was so bad....why wasn't he sacked IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE BALL WAS SNAPPED. (It's so easy to argue with liars.)
>
>
> Also ....You barely watched Miami Games. We are
> supposed to believe you watched Tannehill in
> Tennesse? LOL.

RESPONSE: Oh do you expect me to watch the full Tennessee games??? I don't have to in order to see Tanny get the snap and IMMEDIATELY EITHER pitch left or pitch right or pass or run.

And as for your insult, I paid an additional $40 a month just in order to see Miami Dolphin football on every game they played (I didn't HAVE TO when they were on Monday night football).

So how does that in your low IQ translate to me being a LESS OF A FAN instead of ME BEING MORE OF A FANATIC!

> Maybe Tyree Jackson will believe all that. Hows
> he doing BTW? I heard hes doing Grub hub
> deliveries in a 85' Toyota corrolla

RESPONSE: THAT'S ALL YOU GOT and somebody else had to pm it to you. Why don't you just become a fan of the Tennessee Titans?

You can hang outside the locker room and try to introduce yourself to Tannehill.

Tcpf why do you keep been a fan of tannehill if he is not the dolphins qb anymore?

I bet you if the titans ever play the phins you want them to dominate the phins and win the game just so you can say i told you so.

You are not a real dolphin fan.

You are a wet firecracker fan.

We need to learn from our mistakes. I hate seeing great players go elsewhere and do great things. We are a glorified farm team for the NFL.

And I'm still wondering what you meant, TCPF, by 'thanking' me for deleting one of my own posts.

You probably don't know it but ON THIS FORUM whenever a post is deleted, the post HEADIING remains there with something in the body indicating that the message was removed.

What are you trying to pull? The combination of that attempted trick and you pleading to the moderators that you have been following all the rules leads me to think that you are trying to deceive the moderators into believing that I have violated the rules. You can't handle arguing with me (and there's nothing wrong with arguing because there are no forums that insist everyone agree with everyone else on every matter) and therefore, as I have seen since kindergarten through adulthood, the child runs to the parent or teacher and attempts to have the authority remove the person who won't agree with him.

The mods on this forum don't fall for that.

If I missed something, that's something else but you thanked me for removing what you called my insulting post. I have removed no post whatsoever, insulting or otherwise. So what are YOU trying to do? Our mods are smarter than that.

I mean, after all, you'd have to be pretty intellectually innocent to believe a guy has done an insulting post and removed it when on their OWN VERY FORUM deleted posts show evidence that the post was at first there but since have been deleted.
