Ross a little slow on the uptake...

The fact that this team is so void of any talent what so ever, is a testament of how the front office(GM/scouts) has completely failed this team for the last 8-10 years.

Ross has, for some reason, left a small, but critical portion of that front office in place. I speak of Chris Grier.
It's like a surgeon removing all of a cancerous tumor, except a small piece, thinking all will be just fine.

Unfortunately, it won't be until Grier butchers his upcoming bevy of draft picks and salary cap, that he will finally get the ax.
2 seasons too late, and that's being conservative.

As you can tell I have absolutely have ZERO faith in Grier's talent evaluating and roster building strategy.
I still can't figure out why Ross has kept Grier around this long, other than he's just a little too slow to recognize the obvious.

How many times have I said it. Ross is only in it for the celebrity status that ownership brings. He gets to be seen on TV hobnobbing in his owner's box.
