I have all of these guyson my short list 'cept Fulton. I would go w/ a veteran free agent for cb along w/ an interior olineman, wr. I like love bbut if we have the #1 I would go with Tua.

I have

2020
1 Tua QB AL
1 Gross-Matos DE PA ST PIT
1 Biadasz G/C WI HOU
2 Higgens WR CLEM
2 Eichenberg T ND NO
3 Harrison ILB OH ST
3 McCullogh ILB TX COMP PROJ
4 Coughlin OLB MN TN
5 A J Green CB OK ST PIT
5 Dugger S LEN-RHY COMP PROJ
6 Galimore NT OK
7 Smith RB MN KC

our 3-4 needs 2 studs in the middle. This would also allow Baker to move to the outside.

“Speak to anybody in this business — he had the Dolphins at hello,” emphasized Eisen.

“I heard at the Draft in Dallas two years ago (2018) that the Dolphins coveted Tua.”

Like I said, I have no idea if Eisen has inside information or not but there's an awful lot of talk out there about Miami wanting Tua and then the most obvious tank job since Indy did it for Luck. I have no idea if Tua will be a franchise QB or a Ryan Leaf, but if given the opportunity, there's an awful lot of pundits who are saying Tua is a lock for Miami. I just hope if it true, that Tua is as good at they think.

On the free agency front, Armando quotes an unnamed agent who basically said that the Phins, in his opinion, would need to pay about 15-20% more for an FA than, I guess, the "average" team because they'd be joining a losing team, which is highly associated with the risk of management/coaching change. So, we've got that going for us...

All opinions. Dolphins may have to pay a bit (7-11%) over the market price but they are not going to overpay by 15-20%. You want guys that want to be here. They know the situation before they walk in the door to interview. Armando is an ahole, he is working w/ someone (an agent)to establish that 15%-20% as the standard rate for the Phins. I actually think that guy hates the Pins. Why put that out there?

Phins are not going 15-20% above the market value we might go over for a couple of players we like but it we would be stupid to establish a 15-20% markup on the free agents we bring in. Players already get a tax break coming to FL. If we let guys like Fitz and Tunsil go I don't think we will tolerate much for new guys coming in. You want to be here or you don't. We want guys coming in that want to be part of the solution, no problems.

Don't care what Eisen says (I like the guy). That is stupid no such thing as a 'lock'. As I said last week I hope the Dolphins are eyeing Tua he is worth the 1st pick but no guarantee that we get him.

My opinion.

TUA BOWL

I found this a funny way to look at the Dolphins/ Redskins game ......

According to ESPN’s Football Power Index, the Redskins are the league’s No. 31 team. The Dolphins are No. 32.

So in a perverse way, this might be the most important regular-season game in a decade for the Dolphins. For the Dolphins, it could be the difference between having Tua, and not having Tua

other words, it’s Tua Bowl I, with sequels potentially to come against the Jets and Bengals.

If the Dolphins win, their margin for error (or more accurately, success) all but vanishes when it comes to securing the No. 1 pick, which most agree should be the top priority from here on out.

Lol......TUA BOWL. I hope that's not the case and we try to win every week.

.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I don't think we go after any high profile free agents...I think we stick to mid range and below guys. Any high profile guys we bring in will be drafted...JMO.
