Larsen and Branch cut (good riddance)
Wake likely to be free agent (he deserves a shot to play with a contender)
Dolphins shopping Quinn (take whatever you can get)
Getting rid of Larsen and Branch is addition by subtraction. In the case of Branch, whatever limited value he might have had was greatly outweighed by the size of his contract. Larsen was positively the worst starting guard in the league. I hope Gase signs them for the jets so that he can begin the process of destroying their roster the way he did ours.

Waste of a roster spot. Soft is soft. Parker will never live up to his draft status because he doesn't work hard enough and he won't play hurt. In the NFL, if you won't play hurt, you're useless.
The phins aren't going to break the bank for any FAs. You understand they're rebuilding and the first step is getting the cap under control.
The next is not throwing money at FA and being the big winners in march. That hasn't worked out so well.
With james walking and wake to follow we'll be in line for 3rd and 4th/5th round comp picks if we play our cards right.
We have the potential to go into next year $100+mm under the cap with 2 additional mid round picks.
Gase hated Parker. The deal they gave him is in essence a 1 year deal with very little guaranteed. It's a cap friendly deal and it gives O'Shea a chance to work with him. If he gets him turned around then we have him under contract next year on the cheap or he becomes trade bait.
Phis are going the pragmatic route in free agency this year, good for them. Not overpaying James cool. I think Jesse Davis can swing to RT (maybe). Resigning Parker Im ok with, always thought Gase had thin skin with the guy. Whatever this staff wants him on the roster Im ok w/ that, or trade bait. Allen will help the run game, guy treats his run assignments as important as his pass routes. Bringing in other ex Pats Rowe, Carradine and Woltz cool. Looks like we are waiting for 2020 to get a qb Im good w/ that. Tyrod Taylor as our qb, meh. An improvement over Tanne but I think he is just adequate as a qb. Does not throw a lot of ints but does not appear to have a 'higher level' to his game.
It's almost 2:30pm east coast time. Why has Tanneyhill not been cut? I believe something terrible is in the works, like we are going to keep him somehow
I say keep tannehill to clean the field and mow the lawn. He lucky he got that big contract. Its like he won the lotto for nothing in return. He is talentless.
I mean put someone like pat white to play qb. We need to tank this here year for tua in 2020.
Or maybe the recipe to tank is let tannehill play starting qb and let him air it out....That will make sure he throws about 45 int returned for tds by opposing team.
