Miami has yet to sign a HC.

Very possible they are waiting for the Pats' season to end, however....Miami had an interest in John Harbaugh, and as yet, he has not signed an extension with the Ravens.

Are the Fins waiting on John, then if he does sign with the Ravens, they will then sign Flores?

Word here in the Baltimore area is that Harbaugh and the Ravens have 'agree in principle' on a new contract. Phins are waiting until Flores completes his season. He is already collecting his coaching staff.

I'm in Harrisburg Pa and according to the NFL we are Ravens fans (even though a good 70% of the people are Pgh. fans) the local paper has this headline:

Ravens’ John Harbaugh to hold news conference Friday, team will reportedly announce extension

So I'm guess no John Harbaugh in Miami.
