That gives me zero solace as we spiral to another sub .500 year and Ross gives the three boobs in charge of this train-wreck another year to make matters even worse.

This more of the same year after year really sucks but Iv'e grown numb to it already and actually expect it. Early on my son who's a Panthers fan gave Miami props for being 3-0 and I told him "Don't let that 3-0 record fool you". Sure enough.

Injuries suck. If Tannehill stayed healthy in 2016 .... what could have been? He was on a roll.

If our Oline didnt fall apart after 2 games what could have been?

Wilson turned out to be much more then we expected. So not all decisions made were bad ones.

We have an above average defense. Inconsistent.....but talented.

But dang.....players are dropping like flies. I dont think in week 6 anybody could have seen that.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

When a player gets hurt he is considered a bust.

So......Marino was a bust in 93'?

Was Brady a bust in 2007?

Tannehill has been hurt 3 years in a roll. The year before last....last year when he had surgery and this year.

3 years.....If he keeps it up soon he is going to be considered another parker..

With the difference been that parker has way more talent than him.

Hows that sam? Explain 1 thing that Parker has done to make that claim.

Sam this team needs a lot more than just a mega all-star QB like Marino was. Besides a multitude of different players, it needs better management and coaches too. Throw in a new owner for good measure also because as long as Ross owns this team, the management isn't going to change. He doesn't have the guts to fire his friend Tbum.

808, when I complained about the owner someone replied, "So why don't you buy the team?"

If I had that kinda money, I definitely would.

Ross is the problem because he is a totally hands off owner.

I can't help but think that Joe Robbe was the opposite.

Of course, he didn't have to be hands on since he had Shula.

That's exactly what I have been saying all along. It's the celebrity status which ownership brings him. He doesn't give a sh*t about the team.

Sam, you are, regrettably, all over the place with RT.

With what has been going on, thus far this season, there is a good chance the Fins will be looking at QB next draft.

Since you are on the RT issue so often, what QB that will be in next year's draft, would you like to see Miami take? I will even let you throw three names out there.

I don't watch college ball, so I, at present, have no clue as to who is or isn't good.

There is a double issue with that, Cap. The first is that the 2018 draft, like the 2011, both for QBs, was a once in a long time opportunity. So unless we have first choice in the 2019 draft, it won't make a difference.

Secondly, as Treasure points out, all the 2018 QBs of our target were gone (the last being Rosen who was swooped up by STL right before we picked) by the time we drafted.

Actually though, the next QB of that class, Luke, ended up with us anyway.

Well, I guess you aren't talking about superstars that get hurt are now considered "busts."

That's why I mentioned you need to clarify.

How can you tell after 2 months? It took 6 years to determine that Tannehill was nothing more than average.

Tell me 1 time in the same 6 years that we had a competant Oline. Twice. And when we did Tanny had a winning record.
Tannehill is just a scapegoat for frustrated fans.

That said , Im all for drafting a QB or upgrading any position at anytime.
But what I steadfastly stated in the offseason and i will double and triple down on is.......we did not miss the boat by not grabbing a QB in the last draft.

1. We needed too many other positions to grab a QB , and we had one.

2. Look at the best QB draft of all time in 83. Only 1 QB , John Elway won a superbowl. AND it took him 15 yrs and it was on the legs of a RB. Not his arm.

We can grab another QB at anytime. We didnt have to be in that shitgrab.
