Say we picked one of those QBs .
Pick one. We picked at #11. We would have gave up Minkah Fitzpatrick and at least 2 other picks to move up.for who? Josh Rosen? Given our entire draft for #3 Darnold? Do you realize how far you would set back the organization? What a dumb move. The Pats didnt bite either. Good teams make great QBs. Not the other way around. Tanny had an oline that lasted 3 games. Dont even try to gloat or pretend this is all his fault.
Next draft we spent the first 3 picks on 2 Olinemen and a DT. Our special teams and defensive backfield are killer.those are things you cant improve when you waste draft picks on silly whims.
Sure spend the next draft on olinemen and dts like always and dont draft a good qb...keep waiting for the wet firecracker to develop and become good and keep stinking. Goooooood plan.

Why would you think so? Ju'Wuan James blocked him quite effectively last year (NO sacks) and he will have help this year.

I don't even know how to address this anger-filled statement, except to say..you have used the word "literally" incorrectly again.

Maybe not as much as it sometimes seems. A small minority can make a lot of noise.

I am too, but the guy that will be primarily blocking Mack isn't hurt, and James shut him out last year- no sacks- and he will be getting help this year.
Chyrene, you spend way too much time acting like this is a court room. Trying to discredit the person/witness instead of actually listening to the argument. Let Fins72 explain his point of view. If someone fits your agenda you will lawyer up and twist interpret it to fit.
Tannehill was great for 3 games. The Oline failed so only then did he fail.
Any rookie QB would have done worse. Tannehill won at least 2 games on his legs. .we would be 1-4 and eithout alot of draft picks that will help us in the future.
I didn't realize that we'd get into a semantic analysis of the word "literal." Okay, I'll admit that Sam Young could probably block a 90 year arthritic grandmother missing a leg. My statement was hyperbolic and simply my way of emphasizing that Young shouldn't be on an NFL roster. Now, since we've established that Young can likely block an invalid grandmother, does anyone have any idea how we can get the Bears to sign an arthritic grandmother to their active roster?
Yeah Chyrene tends to get literal when your not helping his point of view. His Butt buddy Sam Sam always makes crazy refrences hes never asked to explain.
They wanted a piece of this last QB draft class period. They want this to be 1983 again so bad it blinds them from any common sense.

Why would they need one? They've got Kahilil(can't spell that one) Mack. And, we don't have Sam Young anyway.

Its simple math even for you Sam. 3 games with a decent Oline, 2 games without one. Hey im in your neighborhood.......why dont you ever cheer them in person? Oh thats right.. you like to hate from home. GO DOLPHINS!!
Your not criticizing. You didnt get the shiny new toy for Christmas you wanted so your refusing to play along all. You made even more fun of Osweiler then Tannehill. Sad because this is a damn exciting team. Special teams and defensively, On Offense we have athletic playmakers . Your loss.....go cry about the draft some more.......
Ahhhhhhh now i wont let go , becuase you have no way to defend your stance.
All i ever said was we do not need to draft a QB. We have capable QBs and need other players to become successful. Here we stand at 4-2.And our Back up did his job. Buuuuuut ill let it go now. How your feelings werent hurt.
Colonel, I think what Treasure and Sam are saying in response to your post is that there are people who are involved in deadly hatred back and forth (like me and Rick for example).
And then there are brothers who fight like dogs half the time and will fight to defend the other the other half the time. That's Me, and Treasure, and SamSam.
Our last convenient way of jabbing each other is over the last draft. When Tannehill does well, Treasure will jab us and he has the right to do so.
When Tannehill does badly or Osweiler does good, we will jab him.
We're like a TV drama ....or more appropriately a TV sitcom. LOL. LOL. LOL.
