I concur. Very pathetic, humiliating game for the Dolphins. It's not likely that the Dolphins stay in front of the Patsies in the East. sad smiley

I dunno. It just seemed to me that we got outplayed on NOT ONLY EVERY PLAY but every individual part of every play and EVERY MATCHUP both when we were on defense AND WHEN WE WERE ON OFFENSE.

I always bitch about coaching but, with the exception of not using a read option offense, I can't really blame this on coaching.

There are some local high school coaches out here in socal, that could out coach Gase and Co.

we'll go from 3-0 start, to a 4-9 with these clowns.

At least the entire FO will be blown out this year.
Gase, Burke, and Tannehill will all be gone too.

Actually, Tanny was one of the least blameworthy elements of today's debacle.

Huh...I remember a fumbled snap that pretty much ended the game.

I also recall a 11/20 100 yds 0 TD/ 1 INT (What's that QB rating?)

Didn't make a single play, or make anyone better around him.

He sucked in my book.

This is why I completely ignore stats. This is a team sport. The only stat I have even a halfway modicum of respect for is rushing yardage and even that, if good can be more credited to his blocking or, if bad can be more attributable to poor blocking.

For example, bad snap and a field goal is blown. Bad snap and the ball goes over the head of the quarterback.

Pass goes out in the open and the receiver is butt naked but just misses the ball.

Opposing QB throws a ball that goes directly into the hands of the Dolphin secondary defender and he bobbles it until the receiver that had been out of place, plucks it out of the Dolphin's hand and completes the catch.

Pat running back, only as tall as a midget, practically runs over Dolphin Defensive tackle like he was a bowling ball.

All throughout watching the game, I was channeling my best friend at Purdue who used to say "Oh for F*cks Sake!"

I can't remember any disappointment about Tannehill but I guess some of you blame him when a ball is snapped over his head or when defensive linemen show him admission tickets issued by our offensive linemen before sacking him.

Come on! Stats don't mean crap! The only ones that even have the slightest relevance to me are rushing yardage and to me that doesn't tell how good the runner is but how good is his blocking.

I agree with all the above......however in GASEs defense he got outsmarted by maybe the best defensive mind in the history of the NFL. Thats like being beat by Mark Phelps in a swim race

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

I think that there's enough blame to go around- maybe twice.

Amen to that.

RT must take some blame, just as everyone else Miami Dolphins needs to take blame.

Hell, after Miami's first play, RT to Stills for 22 yards, it all went downhill.

BTW, Chryen, the snap didn't go over RT's head; the snap came back pretty fast and RT wasn't ready for it. New center, as Kilgore was already on the sideline by that time.

Can you guys believe the damn injuries Miami is incurring? Two new OL that helped solidify the line, are now out for the season.

Well, it was nice being 3-0 and top of the division, but the Fins showed what they are made of. I'm not going to say they will play like they did vs NE, but they still have a long way to go.

These no show losses were blamed on Cutler last year. When a team shows up totally unprepared and unmotivated that's on the staff and their piss poor scheme/game plan.

We will get trucked in Cincy and the coaching and qb seats will get a little hotter.

No....They will do just enough to make sure no changes occur in the off season. That is the Dolphin way....

Indy, on a short week, was missing 7 starters against NE last night. They lost more players in the first half.

Did they quit? Did they look more competitive than the phins last week?

This team fears nothing with Gase. He's a players coach. He wants to be their buddies. Don't show up? No big deal. Coach will still go to Chili's with us.

For all the shit I got defending Philbin, Gase is an absolute clown with the same clownish staff that Philbin had.

How has Dowell Loggains helped the offense? How about Burke on D?

Stop making injury excuses.

Not directed toward you, ts. In general. keep hearing about all of our injuries.

You can call injured players excuses if you want to but players being hurt will impact your team negatively. Especially so for players there is no way in hell you can replace. Sitton and Kilgore are two in that category. Wake and Hayes are two more.

Other guys have to step up for sure...but there will be a drop off. Most likely a steep one.

Agree BTW, that it's the staff's job to minimize that drop off.
