That will happen when you have a crappy qb throwing the rock. Cutler couldnt had been worse.

And tannehill isnt any better either...

Sam, I'm not going to get into the Tannehill debate. I've said that Tannehill might be good enough if he has a very strong supporting cast around him. But in all honesty. In 2016, Tannehill threw for 3000 yard and 19 TDs before getting hurt. Matt Moore threw for an additional 721 and 8 TDs. So, 3721 yards and 27 TDs.

Devante Parker's stats that year? 744 yards and 4 TDs. That's pathetic for a guy who's supposed to be a number 1 receiver and who cost the team a first round pick. That's all I'm saying. Are those terrible numbers? Not for a mid round pick but for a guy who was picked as the 14th overall selection? Yeah, it's pretty bad.

Agree, Parker has greatly underachieved...putting it mildly.

I'm hoping someone comes out of nowhere to replace what Parker was supposed to provide. I Know the chances are very remote but I'm hoping we get lucky with someone like Isaiah Ford or one of the undrafted guys.

Noone was going to play well with cutler....and noone is going to play well if tannehill does not improve....

Unless you are a future hall of famer god like landry.

You are not going to find many monsters like landry that plays well with any scrub back there throwing the rock.

Aw man, SamSam...for a minute I thought you were talking about a new receiving prospect whose last name was Noone. Who is this guy, Mr. Noone..yeah put him out there, what've we got to lose?

I was apparently channeling former Phins receiver Karl Noonan, whom I remember as the guy who held for Garo's winning field goal in The Longest Game against the Chiefs in 1971. Looking up his stats, apparently he scored 11 TDs for us in 1968. Factored in for today's concentration on passing in a 16-game, that's more like double the amount. Does Karl Noonan have a grandson in the draft? We can use the help!
