This is a moderated phorum for the CIVILIZED discussion of the Miami Dolphins. In this phorum, there are rules and moderators to make sure you abide by the rules. The moderators for this phorum are JC and Colonel.
There you go.....as usual when you can't make a point you go to gang up or bullying tactics.see if you can get a majority to agree with you becuase you have no debate facts other then you want what you want.

I used to go to practices when it mattered. To many practices and games.
I havent gone to practices or games in a while because they are not worth it.
Im not spending a penny more for these loosers until they get the right players and personnel in place.

I cannot edit the poll since voting has started but anyone who thinks we should go TE, LB, CB, S, or even RB can vote for the OL option and thus it will be clear we either draft one of those 5 QBs or NOT.
That is the question...."QB or not QB"...(with apologies to Shakespeare).
I don't ever remember Seeing you went to a game is all. I've seen Tannehill run a bootleg hundreds of times.ive seen his speed, arm strength. I've seen Olinemen pick him off the grass pound thier chest and say.... My Bad to him.
He never complains. Throws for 4000 yds, always gives 100%. Maybe you need to hit a game or two before you judge , or get a better TV. This isn't Cuba my friend.Time to trade in the 19" black and white and get a big screen......becuase you ain't see in what im seein.
Never gone to a tannehill game....Why would i, he stinks and has always let me down.....All those 4th quarter comebacks gone to waste....Last i remember even you said you werent spending a penny on this losers anymore.....
And yes this isnt cuba.....I have the liberty to do whatever i want.....Thats why iam here.
BTW i do have a bigscreen tv....Why bother and go to a game and watch the tannehill scrub make a mess in the 4th quarter over and over....I can watch this mess at home....Because iam still a fan.
PS....I went to more than 30 games when marino played.....I went to practices almost every day in the afternoon when i was out of work at davie univ ersity.
Ps2. I saw yatil green beat up on sam madison over and over....I saw yatil green get his leg injured....I was there. I saw patrick surtain become something from nothing and become as good as madison from one day to the other
PS3 I saw dan connect on 15 straight throws in practice...even more than that.
PS4....I saw steve entman final plays
PS5 I saw timbowens and daryl gardner dominate so zach thomas could find the holes.
Final thoughts.....Ive probably been to more games than you....You can take that to the bank...
Final thoughts part 2...But i aint wasting a penny to watch a scrub QB in tannehill...
Reminder.....I remind you one more time even you said you werent wasting any more money on these scrubs.....Maybe chren can help me find that post.
11. Take Mason Rudolph QB
42. Take Gesicki if still there, otherwise Chubb, Michell, Penny one of those.
73. One of above, or Take a RG Braden Smith or Skyler Phillips
Rest, go defense and take a shot on one fast receiver Valdes Scantlung, Badet, someone like that

Fair enough. I'd prefer extra picks to fill more holes.....but if we stay put at #11 LB is a huge Hole. Maybe the biggest.
1 James S FSU
2 Rudolph QB OK ST
3 Yiadom CB BC
4 Settle DT VA Tech
4 Smythe TE ND
5 Williams RB LSU
6 Welsh C IA
7 Bentley ILB PURDUE
7 Scott P AL
James - improves entire d back 7.
Rudolph - just do it f/o,
Yiadom - another tall cb, BC = smart & well coached & I hate BC
Settle - Could be gone at this spot but could get pushed down.
Smythe - Good run blocker. NDame = well coached
Williams - Big back, Played behind Guice & Fournette, little wear
Welsh - IA has had good olines past 3/4 yrs. Take a looksy here
Bentley - Fire plug, 2 down run stopper, best available
Scott -
Cann't cover all bases in draft so we will probably have to still grab another lb or dt post june 1.

RE: Yes but since it also includes a trade down I still can't vote that way.

A lot of dominant-defensive Super Bowl teams have had an interior LB that functioned as the brain on the field. Adjusting players on the fly, calling out plays. It's a highly underrated position.
I've only really watched the NFL since the 80s so I will begin there.
-In the 80s you had Mike Singletary(Bears), Harry Carson (Giants)and Matt Millen (raiders, redskins and 49ers--I know he was terrible as a GM but a great MLB in his time)
-1990s-2000s gave us Ray Lewis (Baltimore), Derrick Brooks (Tampa)
Modern times: Wagner (seahawks), Keuchly (panthers). These two teams are always competitive lately.
In Dolphins times since the 1980s, we had the privilege to see Offerdahl and Zach Thomas and even Bryan Cox. I don't know if it is just me but sure it felt like we were always in the game when those guys played.
So moral of the story is you can cry for a QB all you want, but you got to realize the other side of the field is important too. There's no denying a great QB is better than a LB but if you look at my QB ratings on another thread... I see only 3 QB's worth a look out of the crop, and they will absolutely all be gone by the time the 11th pick rolls around. They might even go 1,2,3. If the 11th pick comes up as a Dolphin pick, I'd rather us get the best LB than some bench warmer that won't even be as good as Tanny. I wont vote on this poll because It's got a question bias and doesn't offer the voter to say-- Best.Player.Available. please!
Guys, I have removed a few posts from this thread that refer to substance abuse, personal attacks, and the ever-popular subject of playing with each other's private parts.
I am well aware that many of you enjoy the above topics, and I encourage you to pursue those discussions elsewhere. Certainly there must be plenty of other internet forums for you to pursue those passions of yours.
Meanwhile, you are all still also encouraged to participate in this thread, as it is remaining open to discussion of its intended, very popular topic: the draft.
