We cant even run the football on a team that struggles against everybody.

But the other teams have qbs.

Who do we have?

Suck@$$ Matt Moore.

I hope they leave matt moore the rest of the season. That way we lose every game left and pick 3rd or 4th in every round.

The Classic definition of a Romantic is one who can always be counted on to say or do the same thing in the same situation.

SamSam, when it comes to calling Matt Moore, "nothing but a backup", you my friend, are a romantic.

Accuracy is off but that could be just unfamiliarity. But he’s showing his age to me...never had a cannon, but looks like he’s barely got a pop gun now. Taking the ball to long to get there. Also, he once was fairly mobile..appears that’s mostly gone. He’s a smart guy, just no tools left.

Might be the right analysis, KB.

Sure, we've got a winning record almost at the halfway point of the season.

So why not tank the season and just look forward to the draft?

And then, this is the most important part: complain about every single selection we make in the draft. First mistake any draftee makes in training camp? He's a BUST! Better tank the season again and hope for a good draft! Oh, yeah, then complain about the draft AGAIN and call everyone a Bust AGAIN and wish for us to tank AGAin.

Not trying to get on your case with my exaggeration Samsam as Im' directing this more towards anyone who over emphasizes the draft. but I'm just wondering whether anyone cares about playing the games anymore?

You see chren.....All of us fans have a right to like or dislike a player.....Especially dislike if it sucks so bad as matt moore.

If i remember correctly you wanted kenny stills out of this here team recently....The reason doesnt matter.....

But kenny stills is a very good receiver. He just doesnt have anybody worth a penny to throw at him.

Come on JC the most important position on a football team is QB. How many more games you think we can win with cutler, let alone matt moore. The season is over man.

Can you really see how bad we are on offense JC?

Unless we throw a shutout and score a fieldgoal we aint winning...

Come on dude.

Im gonna see every game and root for them thats for sure....

But we aint making the playoffs without a qb bro.

Yes, SamSam and I still want him out.

Think about it this way. You are a Bank manager and you have a clerk who is a brilliant mathematician. He is great! Then you notice that he is stuffing a bill or two in his pocket.

Hey! You forget how good he is with math and get rid of him.

Stills had one play in which he was being hugged by a defender while holding the ball and a Dolphin came in front of him and said, "Pitch me the Ball!" Stills refused to because he didn't want anyone else, even on his own team, to get the credit.

If I got ownership of the team tomorrow, Stills would be out on the street.

Stills is a punk ass bitch, how is that?? great receiver when he wants to be , but a heartless little bitch when he doesn't. Just my opinion and not necessarily those of phin nation or management. just to state the obvious, lol, he would be gone in a minute if I were the owner, along with 30 other players. I would rather hire, men off the street and pay 2ook to each of them, it would be the same damn result regardless. Its seriously time to make a point with the players and coaches, somebody would be gone by saturday.

There are only 2 people that are probably not entirely pissed off about last night. Jay Cutler is thinking, "the fans wanted Moore? Well, they got him." Gase is thinking, "It's going to be easy to start Cutler again."

Chren how many reps has deshawn watson had with his current receivers?

And how is he playing? Like a superstar right?

You are born with it. Moore never had it.....Yes he got lucky in a few games but he is not the one to take a team to the playoffs...

Neither is cutler..

Im hoping for the best and like i said before the season is over.

But i will see the games and hope for the best.

There were some on this board who were clamoring for Moore to be the starting QB, and were not too pleased when Cutler was brought in.

Well, I guess this pretty much ends that conversation.

I totally disagree, Cap. Had we been playing against one of the WORST defenses in the league I would agree. Even had we been playing against the Patsies defensive I would be waffling. But you can't say that against the best defense in the league.

If it happens next week (don't know whether Cutler will insist on playing next week and Gase agrees though).....

Chyren you do realize the Ravens have the worst run defense in the league.

I don't think you can accurately gauge Moore by this game- but you can gauge the play of the lines which was high school level--maybe JV at best. Every time i saw a handoff to Ajayi-a Raven was tackling him BEFORE he even got the ball. Every time I saw Moore Drop back, there was a RAVEN chasing him right after the ball was hiked! This was one of the WORST NFL games i have ever seen. Its a downright embarrassment. A complete and total meltdown - As per Moore, well same thing happened to Tanny and Cutler over the years..no time to pass. Zilch. This could be due to a number of factors- poor talent/injuries(no rest for a Thursday game)/poor coaching/no motivation. Or a combination of all 4 of those factors. When you have no time to pass the ball...well not even Dan Marino would have succeeded with how that team played last night.

Also note their stats are based on 8 games and most of the others on 7 games.

No, going into the game the Ravens were 32 in rush defense giving up 251 att for 1062 yds, 4.2 yds per and giving up an average of 132.8 yards per game.

Their rushing offense is 7th, 239 att, 1015 yds, 4.2 avg and 126.9 yds per game.

Their pass defense however is one of the best.

Really weird. I blocked and copied all that.... as you can see. I got it from nfl.com. Now I can't find it again. I went to look for it to just copy the link this time and post it. I couldn't find it. I also checked your theory that I copied offensive stats instead and like I knew it would be, those were different too.

Agree with everything you said, Toko, however, what I did notice about Moore is the majority of his passes kind of fluttered, not a lot of zip. This was even when he had time to throw. Maybe its because he hasn't played much, but on the other hand, I am sure he gets plenty of reps during practice?

Truthfully, RT had looked much better than both Cutler and Moore.

You are correct, Ken, and although I didn't have the stats, it was said prior to the game that the Ravens had one of the worst run defenses in the league.
