Perhaps, but she denies the whole thing ever happened and says she doesn't think anything needs investigating, but we all know Roger can and will do anything he wants.
With Parker and Stills and Caroo looking good Im thinking we should trade Landry now for a future 1-2 pick for 2017. He should be appealing to a contender like DAL or any nfc east team.
Sam my thinking is we appear to be developing receivers and have 4 good ones w/ 2/3 rookies that have potential. Might we want to flip one? No guarantee that Landry resigns w/ us in 2018. He appears to be cool but the team has not given him any reason to be loyal to them next off season.
Its obvious that you still don't understand the way the Welker situation went down, or what a "poison pill" clause could mean for a team, but I agree that we must find a way to keep the successful players that we have drafted and developed.
Lots of great players, great athletes , Laundry IS A PLAYMAKER. He has an extra quality that enables him to get the job done. Last weeks Pre season game he was literally lifting a player past him as he blocked. How hes not inked already really concerns me. I trust Gase but he has to see it too.

Concerns me too, and it makes me think that the domestic battery thing was (searching for synonym for 'leaked'...)... PLANTED in the media somehow, in order to drive down Landry's stock and lower his re-signing price.
I'm not trading him at all. Dude's the real deal. But then again I think draft picks are overrated in general.
Trading a young proven great asset for a couple 'maybes' (that's what draft picks are) doesn't do it for me. Besides, we always screw up the draft anyway, right? That's what I usually read.
I dont think the Dolphins planted the story. I know Landry lost at least one big endorsement deal over this and all others that were lined up stopped.. Being an accused woman beater isnt good for business.. I also believe Gase when he says they arent shopping him. Gase is a straight shooter...
Although I have also been told Tannebaum is the wild card in the Dolphins organization, and anything could be possible with him.. I was told the biggest question about the success or failure of this team in the future is Tannenbaum.. And whether or not he @#$%& it all up for the organization or stays out of it....So maybe Tannebaum threw the idea out there to gage interest from teams, and Gase shut it down as soon as he heard about it in the press.. But at the end of the day I dont think Gase lets Landry go or had any intent of letting Landry go...
