I'm starting to believe its not the bad draft picks completely.
I mean Dion Jordon was a complete debacle of course.
But I believe that it was a lack of coaching , a lack of "developing" these players that we drafted. Proof is.....look at how well players like 7-11 Hogan do on other teams after they leave. Ginn, we could go on and on.
This year was different. we had injured starters go out for the season and back ups stepped up. What was different this year then the last decade and a half?
GASE. Coaching. So I really feel better about our future and our teams ability to hit on a draft class like never before.
I've said it before.....you can have a world class sports car, but without a world class driver.....what good is it?

I too, would like to see our defense get to the QB much more than it has, but....
when our LBers are: (1) injured (2) backups, it is difficult for the DL to get to the QB before the ball is gone. Our DBs have been in and out or just plain out the majority of the season, so once again, we have a bunch of backups playing, and some of them playing out of position. So, once again, our DL can't get to the QB before that ball is gone, i.e., quick passes.
