I am looking forward to seeing these guys play their hearts out in the playoffs. Anything can happen when you do that, so even though we are beaten up and an underdog, bring on the game and let's see what happens. To be honest, I am not expecting to win again this season, but I am still hoping. I would have higher hopes if it were not for our linebackers and safeties being decimated by injuries after being one of our question marks going into the season. The LB's in particular were very thin to start with. I am happy that we got to the post season mainly because of what I think it does for the Dolphins going forward under Gase. He has established a winning culture. I think that is evident in the way we won this year. Some say we beat weak opponents (other than the Steelers), but I look at how we won. We consistently won winnable games even though they were close. We used to crumble in many of those same situations. That is a mentality to me. You play hard and then make a play when your chance comes. So many players have done that this year, not just the "leaders". Winning culture. Finally.

Sei matto, Treasure. E un sbaglio a palere Italiano con me. Io parlando Italiano molti anni prima tu stato nato. Ho studiato Italiano alla Universita nel 1968.
Stats are often misleading. The real test.......ask anyone in the NFL whether they would rather have Luck or Tannehill. The answer would be universal. Come on! Don't let loyalty make you look foolish.

Yeah but we didnt tank a season to get Tannehill. I think Tanny is a better fit for this team.
See ya next year........I'm going to get Fed up.........watching the game tomorrow with an Ice pack
I don't look foolish either way. I think realistically your looking more at 50/50 and maybe 60/40 in a Luck/Tannehill preference. What has Luck done? Better yet what has luck done with more talent around him?
Tannehill has developed a nice deep ball, improved his 3rd down rating, 4rth quarter rating and his ability to lead the team back from deficit for a victory all in this season. This was also Tannehills first season with a talented coaching staff. Tannehill also hasn't had the luxury of being in the same offense to grow in due to almost yearly change. Wait until next year bud. Then lets talk about it again.
Personally I'm excited to see what Tannehill does in year two under Gase and with hopefully what is an even more improved O-line. Gase has elevated Tannehills game and brought out the talent that most knew was there but was never developed due to lack of good coaching. There is still room for more improvement as he gets more comfortable and expands the offense in year two.
Happy New years guys! Hopefully we get a great game tomorrow to set us up for an even better one in Pittsburg next week!

RESPONSE: I thought my phone had posted a response to this hours ago. I see it did not.
I hate to delusion you but go outside the Miami Dolphin family and you will get laughed at for even suggesting that Tannehill comes close to Andrew Luck let alone is better than him and it has nothing to do with the teammates each has. Get a grip.

RESPONSE: Yes, I have seen it when he has MORE THAN adequate time to throw it from the pocket. I capitalize the words more than because when give an average amount of time, the same time that Luck or any other NFL QB has, he does not throw the ball but ends up being indecisive and getting sacked. Except those times when he's running the option.

RESPONSE: Granted but does that erase the past....even more important, is it reliable for the future?

RESPONSE: You got that right! No actually let me go farther than that! This is the first year he did not have a bunch of idiots running the team.

Hey you blamed Tannehill for everything for 5 yrs? What's changed?
Expectations are the system for me. If you watched NE in the first half, everyone catches a certain way, turns up field, blivks a certain wsy, it's a machine.
Green Bay has a system, it's done and coached a certain way year after year, Pitt, Ravens.
Results are nice but without a system results are a fluke.
Coaching is not about a result, it is about repeated result and that cones from the system.
We had the system with Philbin. We have to wait and see what we have with Gase.

Samsam where have you been for the last couple of days? I started to worry thinking that maybe TC found you while on patrol, conked you with a flashlight and threw you in the tank!

No offense, but listening to u guys argue about who is better Moore or RT is getting old. Neither of us will change the others mind, and thankfully, neither of you will decide who starts. So let's just drop it and say that you both have your opinion and they differ and that's that. Cool?
