He got us to the verge of a playoff win. I said all along he just needed a better team, better coaching. I believe Tannehill made my point. I'm very proud of him this season. Speaking of him like this after his injury is dare I say it....in bad taste.

I think Gase has done a great job for a rookie head coach. RT looks more comfortable under his coaching, and I feel that if he had a quality coach to begin with, he'd be at an even higher level. Lost time to make up for and so far so good. I believe next year it's possible for this team to contend for the AFCE title and no, we don't need to draft another QB to get there. The draft will be very important for other positions. I have no doubt about the coaching. Gase has brought a mentality to these players that I haven't seen this team have in a long time. Let's keep this train a rollin'!
