I couldn't help but notice some of the "Kneeling" comments below the article. Lots of animosity. Hopefully nobody on the Dolphins roster decides to replace him in that aspect.

It was a gamble hiring Foster with rehab still in progress, but we did it. There were moments when Foster looked like his former self--pre-injury--but that was short lived with the bumps and bruises that come with the game. I guess he finally realized that there's more in life than football and getting banged up repeatedly trying to run through 300 pound defensive tackles.

While he has a Constitutional right guaranteed him of free speech, there's a time and place for everything. He chose to make a stand by not standing for the national anthem and the flag and received flack from thousands of Americans. Retiring was a way out of the kneeling situation he put himself in following protesting Colin Kaepernick, who I might add, has no way to return to standing up for the national anthem. Maybe he'll collect his last check and ride off into the the sunset never to be heard from or seen on TV again.

Kaepernick's an idiot. Its easy to protest but it takes guts and brains to get off your knees, put down your sign and do something about the GD problem. He looks stupid now, Mr I have no plan or idea on how to resolve any of the issues that Im protesting.

I don't think another team will touch him after his gig in SF ends.

He disrespected the only thing that from Abe Lincoln thru Obama that has been fighting for Blacks, that is the symbol of the National Government, the flag. What an idiot. He misdirects his anger at police to the flag.

And once again, we've taken the same old topic and turned it from an NFL issue and turned it into a politics discussion.

Guess what else is happening once again?

Closing the thread.
