Treasure, you have to understand that SamSam and I are only saying here that Tanny should run almost exclusively roll out plays.

Standing in our collapsable pocket these past seasons has earned Tannehill the infamous "I've got a target on my back" award with most sacks in the league. Moving, scrambling, rolling left or right would have probably resulted in less bruising on him and a few more first downs for the team. Whether that would have resulted in a different "winning" outcome is anyone's guess. Despite all the pounding each game, Tannehill keeps on ticking like an old Timex. (It's a big risk of serious injury though. If it doesn't show now it may in later years. eye popping smiley )

I've always said that. My first ever impression of him was throwing on the run. He's deadly accurate. I've been beating that drum from day 1.

I believe the bet was that Tannehill would prove to be a worthy starting QB. I'll look it up. I said all along our Oline wasn't up to the task.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Not saying i do not support him. I do. But he needs to show more.

TCPF QUOTE: I said all along our Oline wasn't up to the task

All the starters are playing today we will find out against the bills if the OL is any good or not.

We are going against a way better D in the bills than pittsburgh.

He had a ton of presence. he got rid of the ball when he had to. People were blocking. Landry will get fined but he took out a defender. When the team plays like a team Tannehill can be as good as anyone.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Even the pass to stills wasn't thrown well, but that is exactly why we got stills for his ability to adjust to errant passes. He can be as good as anyone?

Stills Blows. Not every pass can be in the numbers . If your a professional you get the ball. Tanny threw very catchable passes that were dropped. Stills is making a habit of it. He gets open , I'll give him that but he drops balls like a team of 13 yr old boys.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!

Treasure, Tanne has looked better the past 2 weeks. He's moving around in the pocket and improvising but you do realize the team has won the last 2 weeks because they've taken the ball out of Tanne's hands?

So if you want to hang your hat on that have at it.

A day following the Bills loss to the Dolphins, I can only wonder if this O-line effort is real or a fluke. There are so many game films for opponents to view showing our weaknesses and few to now show our apparent strengths, that opponents must now view and review the O-line effort in the Steelers and Bills game in order to understand, assess, and make adjustments in their game plan.

What existed before, doesn't exist today. With this, our coaching staff has to avoid changing what is working in fear that opponents will figure things out. We need to keep doing what we do successfully and wait to see if opponents can counter it. So there also has to be a Plan B on the books in case opponent do counter our apparent strengths. I'm pretty certain that is the way the Patriots can do it with what appears to be nothing more than personnel changes.

Im beginning to believe in the line colonel. Regarding opponents reviewing film and identifying weakness, they will. The oline will just have to continue to execute their assignments. Force the defenses to stop you, hell dare them to stop you and give them a kick in the *** for trying. I think we finally have our front 5.

Im looking up recipes for crow because this team might have me eating some. Its ok crow tastes good when you are winning.

You may want to re-read what I posted. I said he's made improvements with his pocket presence and didn't say a thing about his deep passes.

They've also committed to the run which I said they should have done all along. That makes it easier for any QB and it's helping the D stay off the field.

Dude cant play, that's the epitaph.

Yr 5 still learning, at snail's pace. But, he can throw, always could, that's something. Hopefully we dont need to rely on him tonlead, ever again.

My fear is now when the teams focus on stopping the run, and the team gets 130 yards rushing, where does this offense go for first downs, in the redzone?

We'll see.

Thats what TE's and WR's are for and we have to have Stills, Parker, Carroo and Grant do better than they have.
