I just wanted to update everyone here about the hurricane.

I live just blocks away from the stadium and it is reported about 3 oclock that the hurricane was turning north east.

Which means is going into the sea a bit more.

Right now its about 15 minutes to 6 oclock and it is reported on tv that the hurricane has turned north east into the sea even more. About 10 more miles north east. Again meaning away from us.

This means that its going to hit up north about 2 hours north of miami maybe even more up north.

We even have light here. No rain.

I wanted to update everyone here.

Not sure about tennesee and their flight over here but it looks like there will be a game on sunday in the miami stadium. If all goes well.

My heart and my prayers goes to the people in haiti and the rest of the islands. May they find confort soon. EDIT: How can i forget my compadres in cuba. Good thing about cuba is there were no injuries reported i believe. There were a lot of deaths in haiti.

Its really sad.

Hopefully it doesnt hit that hard where ever else its going to hit.

I don't go to the game for a long time for the same reason you said you are not going to buy any more tickets and spend money on them.

They havent fielded a competitive team in a long time.

And now with some players disrespecting the flag i will go even less.

Thanks Sam, this storm even had moms a little nervous and she is an old school Floridian.

I guess its ok to include Jacksonville in my prayers tonight.

Sounds a lot like me being a kid growing up in Oklahoma in the 50's and early 60's....every tornado was supposed to utterly destroy us but it never came to be as bad as predicted.

Not speaking for the Caribbean island that took the brunt of Matthew though.
