Hey out of all the QB's that can be drafted this year. I would take

a gamble on Murray later on in the draft, and hope I knocked it out of

the park. Murray has great intangibles. He is a great leader, and can

throw every pass needed at the pro level. I think he can be this years

version of Drew Brees or Russell Wilson. Anyway bringing Tanne much

needed competition might get him to up his game to the next level or it

might just buy him a seat on the bench. Before you guys say anything

this team had Auburn beat with his come back had it not been for a fluke

hail mary pass by that lucky ass Auburn team. That too me says that

Murray has what it takes too make it at the pro level.

If you're talking 5th or 6th round, I'd be cool with it.

Everyone would call him The Snowbird (get it? if not, that's probably a good thing), but I'd also take anyone with that description in a late round.

I agree, Murray is a sleeper. Jimmy garoppolo was impressive at the shrine game.

Murray has the skill set of Brees, but has better athleticism which is a good thing as well.

Unless Lazor can coach up Tanny to be able to hit the broad side of a barn on a deep throw, I would let both Moore & Devlin walk and draft 2 QB's every damn year in whatever round until the diamond in the rough finally shows up.

At this point this team is totally committed to Tannehill, because neither Moore or Devlin can unseat him. Tanny could use some competition, so why not give him some? He's a product of Mike Sherman, and Sherman is gone. To me they were a package deal. It couldn't hurt to keep looking, and it would save some money.

It wouldn't surprise me if the new GM drafted a top name QB in the second round (once again).

This would be two reasons: (1) Give RT some competition (although I highly doubt, with RT's personality, he needs competition) and (2) If RT explodes, that drafted QB could be used as trade bait the following year.

Who was that QB that emdiggy said in his mock draft might be a late round steal? As I remember, he comes from a small college.

I think we should take a developmental guy in the 5th or 6th round...after we trade Moore, and promote Devlin that is.

Let the new guy compete, learn, and be the 3rd stringer for now.
