On Ross's Table for a decision

1. What to do about Bullygate.

Well, the NFL and the NFLPA have not completed their investigations so maybe the time is not appropriate.

2. Staff changes

He seemed to say after the Jets game that basically he was pissed and a boss should not make a decision in the heat of being pissed. But I wonder how long before we hear something.

I will be the first to state that because of Ross this team will be 7/9 next year. He obviously is in way over his stupid, huge ear looking old arse. I am done watching games for awhile because he can not even shit or get off the pot. Owner only because he is rich.

What to do with "bullygate" is simple. Just move on dot org.

My take. Of course.

Other than that

I think there was a general staff infection this year

and we should look into antibiotics being applied

to the pigskin before and after showering.

And never get caught in the shower

with a nasty old nittany lion perv!

That's me goal for 2-thousand 4-teen.

Know what I mean?

BNF.

You may be right, Chryen, in that the investigation is not yet done, but I believe I heard that it was done and the league is just waiting to release the findings at the proper time.

I was very bitter during and after the Jets game, but I have calmed down since then.

Ross is to blame for the Dolphins' failure, just as Ireland, the coaching staff, and the players are to blame. I've used the phrase before in regards to Philbin, but it also applies to Ross: the buck stops here.

Not much any of us can do about Ross, tho, since he is the owner. We can only hope he gets some top notch football minds to help him during this off season in making the right decisions. Really, tho, it starts now, because if he is to clean house, it must be done quickly before the GM and coaching talent is depleted.

He is the owner because he is rich, but also because he loves the Miami Dolphins; always has.

Get some key players in next year, even with Ireland and Philbin returning, and I see this team getting to the playoffs.

It doesn't sound like Ross will do anything

I think the longer it goes with nothing being done the more likely Ross won't make any changes. I think that Ross is calling and speaking with Shula, Dan and Tony D, probably others and at the end of the day he is going to decide to leave things as is.

If this is so then it will be up to the fans to make sure changes happen by hurting him in his wallet.
