Now that the Dolphins have signed both Grove and Berger, I have a hunch that Samson will be traded soon. With Brown having left the Ravens and Cam being their OC, I think his destination is Baltimore.

He doesn't really fit their smash mouth running game but you never know I guess. I'd take their number 57 pick. That would give us 44, 56 & 57.

I'd rather keep satele unless we can get a 3d at least, at worst he is an excellent backup at 2 positions

I think people are reading into this too much. I don't see us trading Satele, unless someone gives us a great offer (like a high 2nd rounder or better).

I think Satele will stick around and will likely end up starting at Guard for us. People have raved about Donald Thomas like he is some amazing player, but reality is we really didn't see much of him, and the main reason he had a starting spot to begin with was because this team had no depth at the O-line position and he was the best of a weak cast of characters.

So, barring any injuries I see our day O-line being:

Long - Smiley - Grove - Satele - Carey

with Berger and Thomas our top backups on the inside.

Thomas will start. Mark my words. Your not compared to Brain Waters when your a backup.

I saw this one coming. I was actually thinking of mentioning the the Raiders as a trade partner too since they lost Grove.

Yep. We basically swapped Centers. Kind of reminds me when we swapped CBs with the NYG (Will Allen/Madison).
