Chris Grier's failures on full display in Tenn

Tiny hands and a below average arm, dont work too well in January NFL football. You know, like when the playoffs are happening...
The misjudging, or just flat out stupidity of taking Tua over Herbert in 2020 will haunt this team for years, and I knew it would at the time.
Another critical element to success in January is a strong running game. Where's that?
Well I guess you'd need a descent O-line and a top 10 running back for that. Two things we're not even close to having.
The disaster that was the 2020 and 2021 1st rd for the Miami Dolphins, all lies at the feet of Chris Grier...Igbinonone over Johnathan Taylor?!!
Really could have used him this season don't ya think??
Sure, CG has come up with a couple nice later round picks here and there, but that's what he's supposed to do if he's an NFL GM. So what?!
It's the franchise changing, ever so valuable 1st round picks that he has no clue about, and for that reason, we've got to cut this dude loose.
Otherwise, we'll continue to get out-classed, and sitting at home during the playoffs.
