Parcell's draft-day trade history?

I've seen many different projected 1st round selections but what happens if the targeted players are not there (AND/OR a juicy draft-day trade is offered)?

I have to admit I've been envious of the Patriots' trading down to accumulate more (quality) picks.

What has been the Tuna's draft history of Trading DOWN?

I don't feel our pick is high enough to justify trading down. In previous years yes, but not this draft.

I think you trade down when you come to the point on your board where you have a few players you like and their all equally ranked.

If you come to #25 and Laurenitis, Cushing, Matthews are all still there. Yeah you trade down a few and pick whos left. Thats if you're going LB

I know he traded the first overall pick one year and took James Farrior when he was w/the jets

Is Clay Matthews going to be drafted in the top 3 rounds?

The combine will tell more but as of right now he is rated to go in the 2nd to top of the third round.

WOW- I guess so. I just read Walterfootball and he has him going around pick 55. Man...he has really improved his stock over this year. And his career for that matter. I believe Matthews was a walk-on at USC. Good for him!

yes clay is the best lb on that usc team this year and would be a steal if he is still around in the late second.

According to what I read earlier today, it looks like we will go with whoever we have ranked the highest on our charts. If there are several ranked the same, but at different positions, then we go with the position we need most. Or whoever Bill wants!
