RIP Tony Sparano

Just read that former Dolphins coach Tony Sparano has passed away. He was only in his mid 50's.

What a bummer. Not the most successful coach we'd ever had but he did win the AFC East, and...beat the heck out of the Patriots with the Wildcat.

Regardless of his record or accomplishments, he seemed like a genuinely good guy.

Rest in peace, coach.

Best wishes to his friends & family.

He was only 56, I'm 52, scary.

Damn...what a shame. My youngest son just called and told me. Totally shocked...he was a young guy at 56. Way to short of a life. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. Very sad, indeed.
