Date: January 16, 2009 09:28AM Some guys get 'pigeon holed' in one position and if they came from a small school or have the wrong measurables for their position it usually takes someone thinking outside of the box to use them.
Look at Jason Peters with the Bills. he was an undrafted TE and now he is their Left Tackle. They switched him in camp. Mark Dixon played CFL, as have so many others. It looks like he had an impressive college career, but he went undrafted. Not sure what the issue is? maybe he isn't bright? Maybe he was overwhelmed in the NFL camps as a rookie? The guy can run, jump, and tackle. Re: Scouting new talent.....
