Main thing about all this that concerns me is landry been a return specialist....

I dont want him returning kicks or punts at all.

Let him spend all his time and effort in the slot.

And he will be less bound to injuries.

I agree with a lot of what you say, but no way Miller and Ajayay are equal to McCoy and Jackson--McCoy is better than both of them combined. And our OL isn't any better than Buffs.

I don't get all "the Pats are dead talk" just because Brady is gonna miss 4 games? They went 2-2 to start the season last year and still ended up with home field advantage throughout the playoffs, the way it stands right now (without a reduction) I see them going no worse than 2-2 with Garrapolo (sic?). They're home against the Steelers opening night(toss up), @ Buffalo (toss up), home against Jax (win) and @ Dallas (loss).

I think the bigger issue with them would be the loss of Wilfork and the depleted secondary. Miami plays them tough year in and year out, bring em on and lets kick their ass with Brady!

Well...without Ajayi and McCoy, Miami had 12th ranked rushing offense. Buffalo was 25th. That was with Miami juggling the o-line all year long and no stability whatsoever. Miami's line IS better than Buffalo's. The Bills didn't do much to theirs but add Richie Incognito. He hasn't played since 10-31-13 when he gave up 6 sacks in 8 games AND will be 32 next month. Do you think he got better?

Fred Jackson cannot stay on the field. McCoy was a 2nd round pick (53 overall) which is slightly lower than where Ajayi was projected. We don't know what Ajayi will do but my opinion of him is high. I think he could have been a low first round pick this year if not for the knee. The issue with his knee is a concern about longevity, not that he cannot play this year or next.

On a 1-10 scale....

If McCoy is a 9, Jackson is a 6
Miller is a 7 (potential for 8), Ajayi is a 7 (potential for 8)

So they got us by 1 point. Our BETTER line makes up the difference.

Add in the fact that they will be facing 8 man boxes and we won't....well...

Yep...Every year it's the same thing and all they do is win 10-12 games every year. I believe they are still the team to beat BUT...

I am optimistic because of their loss of running backs as well as DB's....and our gain of Suh & Phillips AND our gain of Parker, Jennings, Stills, Cameron....we match up very well right now.

We are loaded at receiver, they have a depleted secondary.

They lost some ability to run. We got better at stopping it.

Tom Brady completed 1 pass last night and it was to ...

Brandon Gibson for 10 yards.

Jonas Gray ran 7 times fro 74 yards and a TD and followed that up with a 2 pt conversion.

Jonathan Freeney led the team with 10 tackles.

Chris Barker played backup center and Rob Ninkovich started at DE.

Overall, Miami north did not look very good. Garrapolo was 20 for 30 for 159 yards, no touchdowns, with one interception and was sacked seven times.

@ArmandoSalguero

Dolphins aren't only team in joint practices this week. Bills OL yielded 9 sacks vs. Browns today, including 3 by starters per @mikerodak
