Only time will tell if he made the right choices but at least he addressed the correct positions. Its like Philbin is the car driver and you told the mechanic you need more performance from a certain area. Instead of bringing you completely upgraded parts from another area, you actually got the problems addressed. Now Race it. See how it performs. Tweak it , hopefully it amounts to something.
