What do we wish for our beloved foes the jets jets jets this offseason?

Here's mine--

With the #17 pick in the draft the NY Jets select...TIM TEBOE to replace the RETIRED BRETT FAVRE.

Why the heck would you want Teboe to go the the Jets?

I like Mike Shannah to go there. That way he can screw them up even more like he did the Broncos.

Because Tim Tebow will be exactly like every other hybrid QB that has ever tried to play in the NFL: a failure.

Especially if they throw him in there as a rookie, which they may likely do. This year was weird, with the success of Ryan and Flacco. I seriously doubt that trend will continue.

First, Tebow is a Junior and probably won't enter the draft.

Second, Tebow can throw the freaking rock. He has become more and more accurate this season. He is also smart. A big strong smart QB with a big accurate arm will make it in the NFL.

Guys I think you're wrong about Tebow. If he decides to play Pro ball, and he might not, I believe he will be a true asset to any team.
And yes, he would be fun to watch in the Wildcat. Another Ronnie with a much better arm and head for the QB position.

We're set at QB so I hope he stays away from our division.

Give me Tim Tebow or Pat White in the DOLPHINS WILDCAT offense!!! Seriously, come Rd 4 or 5 if either is on the board Miami MUST grab them!!!!!!!!

You give me Tebow or White running the wildcat instead of Ronnie and that opens up a whole new aspect of teams then having to respect the pass out of those formations!!!!!!!!!!!

With Pennington and Henne, I wouldn't want us wasting a 4th rounder on a QB. MAYBE a 5th. We really need some depth at LB, O-Line, Safety, and CB.

White can play WR though and gives us another big-play impact player on offense.

we dont' need depth at Safety or CB, we need players there. We have seen mediocre QB's (Flacco, Thigpen, Cassell and Hill) eat us up all day long. Our secondary isn't very good. Our early picks must address those areas. But we can't ignore an offense that lacks guys who make big plays. And if this Wildcat is gonna stay around, someone like Pat White is invaluable to a team like US as opposed to other teams who would have no use for him

Did you watch our last 5 games? Bell's had a great season. Will Allen and Goodman have really stepped it up. Hill is weak on his tackling, so we could use an upgrade there. Otherwise those other 3 should be the starters next year.

I'm not ignoring our need for a WR, but we need a guy in the 1st or 2nd round. We have plenty of guys that can play the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th WR.

Parcells won't take a WR in Rd 1 or 2. Doesn't believe in it.

Did it once with Keyshawn and has said he will NEVER do it again.

I wonder how Steve Young made it into the HOF.

It looks to me Tim Tebow is a BIGGER, FASTER, STRONGER Steve Young. Pretty scarey......the Jests is the last place I want him to go.

Also he has probably the best leadership skills I have ever seen....and Im not a Florida fan. I like the Tarheels!

But anyways, I think Tebow is going to prove everybody wrong.

Steve was a good decision maker and he played in the right system. If he didn't play for Bill Walsh, I doubt Young would have made the HoF.

Im sorry, but there is no way Steve Young ran a 4.4. No way.

And Tebow is very accurate. He completed 65% of his passes. He had 28 TD's and only 2 Ints.

Sounds very accurate to me, include in the fact that every week he was playing against SEC defenses and absolutely shredding them. Ole Miss just proved against Texas Tech what an SEC defense can do. Bottom line is people are haters and because Tebow is a good guy and seems to have all his ducks in a row, in rubs people the wrong way nd they dont like it, ultimately not liking him as a player in which he has done nothing to but prove he is one of the best collegiate football players of all time.

Parcells got Terry Glenn as a first rounder in NE

Parcels did not get Terry Glenn, Bob Kraft over ruled BP to draft him. BP wanted a defensive player and quit the next year because of the incident.

Just wait a couple of years and pick up Mike Vick.

Vick running the Wildcat would be ridiculous!

We could call it the Wild Dog...

I say the Jets will go after Derrick Ward(we should) and they actually have Clemmens, Ramsey? & Brett Ratliffe at QB. I would not expect them to take a QB unless they have no faith in them(See John Beck). There should be some decent ones , which will be good in the pro's who knows

Who lands Cassell? Bears? Jets? 49ers? Buffalo?

all I want to know is if the mayor of NY took back Farve's key to the city. And did they cut down that tree in Central Park they planted in honor of Farve! lol
