I've figured out the strategy of this team from ownership on down.

It is that, starting with the owner, you want to have someone under you who is so incompetent that when things are a disaster, he is to blame, and with the GM, he wants someone under him who is so incompetent that that person is to blame and down the line until it gets to Henne.

Only problem is, Henne is not sucking this year like he did last year and now Sparano's head is on the chopping block.

Of course, the game is called "Always have a bigger scapegoat than you for them to lynch."

So, I doubt you will see any housecleaning until this team is sold to management that is committed to winning.

In fact, as pitiful as it is, this team is being run worse than the McCourts are running the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Let's hope Ross gets desperate due to poor home attendance and sells cheap...then the Shula family picks it up!
