what did you predict? and how does anything in that article support your prediction? the article describes the players' brief to the court, obviously it's going to state the players' case as strongly as possible. you've predicted in the past "the players have already won"---of everything that's been posted on this site, that's the one thing that's the furthest from being correct so far.

ghoti, everyone knew the district court case was not the end but the beginning of more court cases. you didn't predict that, any more than you predicted the world is round. but your bigger point is that the players have already won, and I just don't see it. They did win the TV money case but there have been no damages awarded yet and that case is months and months from being over (i.e., decided on appeal). so they only way they "win" that is if the lockout/no football continues until 2012 and if that occurs, everyone loses, the players most of all.
