Looks like Zimmer will be the HC....

I would be fine with Zimmer. Everything I have heard about him is positive. He is passionate and his players love him. He has done a really good job with the defenses in Cincy and the Cowboys before that. Besides, the most telling thing is that all of the Cincy fans are already moaning about the possibility of him leaving. If we do get him then we need to grab a top OC. By the way, Zimmer has run the 4-3 and 3-4 during his career so don't worry about that.
Aqua I read the article, and a 2nd interview does not mean he will get hired. Although he may not be a bad hire fans like you want a big name. Well their are very few, and they are all retreads. If Zimmer can lead this team with our roster, and a few tweaks made to it then what the hell. Because if we keep waiting for the can't miss coach then we won't get a good one period, and that is not acceptable at all. I would prefer an offensive minded coach however if Zimmer is ready then ok let's get behind him if he is hired. As for 6-10 next season ain't happening not with our schedule, and well we're way better than that me thinks.

Not that I have heard but I am thinking we should try to nab a top OC since the entire offense will be run by the OC with a defensive minded coach. I would be ok with Daboll again but I think we should at least look into Hue Jackson since he has had a lot of success as an OC.
