This is a moderated phorum for the CIVILIZED discussion of the Miami Dolphins. In this phorum, there are rules and moderators to make sure you abide by the rules. The moderators for this phorum are JC and Colonel.
-We are 2-7 with Sparano & M. Moore(2 guys always getting ripped on).
Carolina is 2-7 with the brand new shiny Rivera & the expensive, high drafted, media hyped, amazing C. Newton.
-Last year in the playoffs the Saints led by Peyton & D.Brees(big time numbers team:lots of td's, tons of passing and rushing yardage, high scoring, deep bombs, good defense) were eliminated by Carroll & an aging Hasselbeck with a hurt hand.
-The mighty media loved Patriots led by Belicheck and posterboy T. Brady were on the brink of perfection when a Giants team with coach Coughlin on the hot seat and an inconsistent E. Manning ruined there dreams and made an amazing super bowl win.
-Earlier this season Gailey and Fitzpatrick(league journeyman no namer) beat the Patriots.
-I've seen Miami go to the playoffs with Wanny(hated by many) & Fiedler(Known to many as a Wobbly duck, no namer) and Sparano & Pennington(Roached noodle arm).
We've won our last two games. When you win you accomplished the mission for that game. So why is it people constantly complain about new coaches and different players? Does it really matter who makes up the Dolphins if we get a win?

huh? it's not about 1 or 2 wins over crappy teams. it's about winning championships and this staff and these players are no where near what we need to do that

Come on man we won against two terrible teams.
Of course coaches and players matter when you win or lose. Thats obvious.
Let me see. We are 2-7 with these players and coaches so....Keep the top players and fire every coach and every other scrub player.
You don't need marquee names and coaches to win. The NFL has to build up names coming out of college. Every year there is a qb that they are going to try to sell because it is their business. Do you think they are ever going to say we have all crappy QB's coming out in the draft this year. It is like used car sales they are always going to boost their product and make you feel like you are getting the greatest deal imaginable and all your problems will be solved.
Danny Woodhead,James Starks,Benjarvous Green Ellis,James Jones, Jordy Nelson, Greg Jennings, J. Kuhn etc. Most of these guys were household names before their success.
You could even say T. Brady was a nobody coming in and A. Rodgers was passed over by alot of teams.
Wes Welker, Erik Walden, Atari Bigby all players we at one time said were nobodys.
Nobodys can do the job if they are given a chance. The problem is most people will only look at the nobody after he has become a somebody and by then it is too late.

I really do not see that. They are 2-7. How can you say they are rising.I could see the Panthers staying very mediocre. Same with Gabbert and the Jaguars. The only difference I see between them and us is people are chosing to hype them. Are the Rams rising with S. Bradford (2-7)?

obviously the panthers are on the rise--no matter their record--because they have what looks like a pro bowl QB for the next decade (sorry finshady). we do not and until we get one, we won't go anywhere

"No matter their record".<---I might have to deduct some credibility points for this part.
the colts had a bad record in manning's rookie year, but they were clearly a team on the rise. again, it's much easier to add an OL, DL, WR, etc to a team that already has a great QB, than it is to have a mediocre QB and need to build a top 5 OL, DL, great RB and WRs---b/c that is what it takes if you lack a true star at the QB spot.
