Gruden won the Big dance. Those that dismiss it as a win with Dungys team do not realize how hard it is to win a SB. That you don't just waltz in a win it all. The guy has a ton of winning atributes. He is extremly knowledgable, he is a WINNER. Does he need a good personal guy? Sure. Maybe Ross can woo back Jimmy Johnson as a GM. That man KNew Talent.
