Date: October 06, 2011 07:38PM It's tricky--you have to sign someone halfway credible so that it's not obvious that we're throwing the season. For example, signing Cleo Lemon (yes, he's available) would be too obvious.
Of course, you could argue that the Columbo signing was already a dead giveaway. Re: Sage Rosenfels returns.........

Date: October 07, 2011 04:49AM I was honestly upset when we let Sage go. I think he was better than most of the clowns we've brought in to play QB since Marino left. He's got the tools and he's shown some grit.

Date: October 08, 2011 04:59AM I like the Sage addition. Sage does appear to have similar traits to Matt Moore. Both guys will throw the ball around a little more in an unpredictable manner.
Sage has always had a good arm. He has the ability to bring a team back from behind. Basically, a journeyman backup QB w/ a 81 QB rating. It's a good deal that we don't have to add that 3rd QB to waste a roster spot. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
