We are one of the worst teams in the league. I can't put it any other way we plain and simply suck as a team a franchise. You name it we suck at it point blank my friends.

Can't blame Henne. The guy is growing on me. I like the way he keeps getting up and brushing himself off. Not his fault. Marshall played well.

Our Oline sucks Balls. Thomas played good but his fumble changed the game. from then on it was mentally the Texans game.

Defense had its moments but needs to play 4 quarters of football.

Benny sapp is glad he is out of that dumb organization I'm sure.

That's true. But unemployment might still be better

Our defense is porous. The 3-4 isn't able to stop many running plays and the linebacker coverage against small WRs or quick TEs just isn't there.
I've said it before, our linemen are not strong. The secondary still remains confused. I'll go a step further and say they have the athletic skill but not the smarts to play defense well.

Our offensive line is still allowing too much pressure. RBush needs to be used differently. He is a quick back--run him to the outside and let rookie Thomas work the inside. The rookie's fumble was because of a good hit. He can run the ball effectively, IMO.

The offensive play calling and the pitiful use of time outs is at the high school amateur level. Unless the Fins have a considerable lead in the 4th quarter (which they have not) it's a long shot that they have the smarts to use time wisely and play calling to their advantage. Henne had too many ball battered down and called timeouts unnecessarily IMO. He wasn't sharp today. I don't think any Dolphin TE caught a ball. Why has the TE become the forgotten position around the end zone?

There's just something really amiss with the players and the coaches. Where is all the talent?

The Dolphins are a joke...patsies to play anywhere, especially in Joe Robbie Stadium or what ever name it's going by this month.

Thats cool, but getting fired week 1 doesn't bide well for future employment. No team wants a quitter who can't get up and run down a reciever, or at least try.

title of this thread could not sum up my feelings any better..this team in my life tiem never seems to fail to fail..yea with marino he made it exciting but soem aspect(or all upon occasion)of this team always fails miserably..its more than jsut a player or even a coach ..this team is just soft and always has been imo

I was kinda negative in the pre seaon I know. But It was a defense mechanism. I figured if I expect nothing I wouldn't be dissapointed. I couldn't be more wrong. I'm even more bummed because deep down I was hoping for the Team to prove everyone wrong. Now I'm not so sure we will go .500 .

Listen to me the problem is the players live in freaking paradise. They make great sums of money to play a child's game in a city where it's close to Heaven on earth. I don't really believe they care if they win or lose. Why does JT always want to come back besides his family. Their are alot of distractions in South beach just one place I shall name. Maybe it's time to move this franchise to a city where their no beach and little sunshine. I am just saying we have no freaking home field advantage something has to give folks. Move to Albuquerque New Mexico. I bet then we have a home field advantage. The stadium woluld be packed, and the distactions all gone. Hell at this point what could it hurt to move the hell out of South Florida.

Wow. I agree with you 100%!!

No one wanted Henne out more then me after last seasons Interception dibolicle. But I'm seeing its the coaches that were screwing him up. He's played with passion, running when he can, getting hit HARD and getting right back up. He's won me over. I find myself really rooting for him. But this coaching staff with this Oline from Hell is just not giving him a chance to succeed.

Don't know if it made TV but Sparano had a fist pump on A FG that he ran down the whole sideline pumping... I wanted to run out there and punch him in the mouth.... How about playing to get 6 when we get in the red zone...

My guess is fistpumo Tony will be let go on the bye week when we are 0-4.

Tony sparano failed to put up or build a decent OL....and he was a OL coach in dallas.

Now..

How can you be a great head coach if you stink at something more simple as been a OL coach?

A head coach has to supervise the entire coaching staff and has to be on top of eveything.

Did you ever watch "Band of Brothers?" If you have, what we have with Tony Sparano is another Captain Sobel. A guy that talks tough, busts chops, dishes it out, but when put under pressure, falls flat on his face.

Sobel did not earn the respect of his men. Lts Dick Winters and Louis Nixon and several Sgts realized he was a jerk. It finally took some foolish things for Col Sink to see that Sobel was a terrible leader and reassigned him to supply.

Similarly, Sparano is falling way short of being a savvy head coach. He needs to be relegated to a less important support role in NFL football. Being the HC is beyond his current capabilities.

I'm afraid we're in for a very disappointing season again. This is partly attributable to the inability of the owner securing a qualified replacement earlier this year. What a fiasco that was.

I agree yes. We couldnt even sign a head coach. Total embarrassment for this organization.

Great show....Band of Brothers...Except as a PHINATIC I always feel like I'm runnin up that 3 mile hill after eating a plate of speghetti after every game lately!!!!!!!!!!!!!
